These guys are absolute life savers, they are affordable and fast. They also carry certified samsung products, unlike other businesses around the city. If you have a Samsung, I suggest you go with these guys. Theyre awesome!

Had my phone fixed here. The screen peeled off after a week, the LED failed shortly after, presumably as a result of the unsealed unit. I took it back and they wouldnt warranty it. Had to get a new phone, because this place fixed my phone. RIP my wallet.

Took xbox and were unable to repair. They recommended someone else. Great people and honest service.

I dropped my phone off at 5P.M. and they said it might not be ready by close of business (7P.M.) I said no problem I was going to come back the next day and asked if it would be ready by Noon. He said more like 2P.M. and I said Ok. @ comes and no email. I had to go find a phone to borrow and I called them and was told it would be closer to 3:30. I would not have left it if that had been the time I was given because that was too late in the day because of a commitment I already had. They also were aware that I do not live in the same town. I will not be able to get my phone until they have had it three days because they couldnt honor the time frame they gave to complete the repair. Take any time estimate with a LARGE grain of salt.

Took my phone in for water damage and screen replacement. Fixed less than a couple hours and phone is working as good as new!

My daughter took her hp laptop to fix her screen here because they are hp certified. The first replacement screen was broken, the next was the wrong color, the next burnt out the camera... after SIX screen replacements and several months, we were told they just figured out there was not an after market replacement for this particular model; they then refused to work on the laptop anymore or refund her money. The technician gave her the corporate phone number and email. They have not returned her call or contacted her. When my daughter called hp, they told her they were the only ones that could fix the screen- ONE phone call.

2nd time visiting this business. Always a great experience. Nothing but professionals.

Id give these guys six stars, if I could. They knew immediately what needed to be done, they were able to order the part and I could keep my computer to use while waiting for the part to arrive. Once the part was at the store, it took hardly any time for the repair to be completed. They were professional and ethical.

I brought my phone in to get the screen repaired. They said it would be ready in a few hours. 2 days later I check on my phone and they dont have it ready because they broke it while opening it up!They didnt contact me about the delay.

They fixed my phone quickly and at a reasonable price. Only took 3 hours from the time I dropped it off to me picking up my phone and newly replaced screen.

My phones screen was broken. They wanted my phones pattern to keep it on. It was odd but I gave them. Then I picked my phone. The fix was done but I realized 5 apps were downloaded! I called them and asked them why those apps were in my phone. They said they did not download them! it was there! I erased it and they did not even give any explanation! What is this? They kept saying they did not download but I just erased them!Did they steal my data? I am so worried now! Should I call cops? So annoying... I would not recommend them at all.

Took in my pixel 4 XL in yesterday and they fixed it so fast. They were extremely knowledgeable, advised me of the potential issues, warned me that in certain situations they are not able to fix it locally and only google can fix. Ultimately they were able to do it in house and same day. So grateful to have my phone back up and running.

I took phone in to have cameras fixed. They replaced both cameras and still was not working. I was told to send phone in to Samsung, which I did. Samsung tells me they cant do anything to fix it because there was damage to the internal lcd. They said couldve happened when folks at ubreak were in there. Dont let them touch your phone. Theyll mess it up and act like did nothing wrong. Horrible experience!

This place is great, they really know their stuff. I went in with a Mac after going to 2 previous places including SimplyMac (where they were going to charge me $80 just to pinpoint the problem) & here the man was able to just look at my computer & tell me the problem in less than 5 minutes. Even referred me to places who could do the work needed.

Don’t even think about going here! I took my PS4 Pro to get diagnosed ( which is free ! ) and it took a couple of days, which’s i understood. They called me and told me they had ‘ fixed it ‘ ( i told them specifically that i didn’t want anything down until i was called about what was wrong ) And said i was going to be charged $40 for something i didn’t ask for. They proceeded to tell me they we’re just gonna ‘ uninstall ‘ the software and give it back the way it was. My partner went up there to pick it up, and three men came outside cussing and her AND my grandmother, not only this they tried to fight my girlfriend ! (: I WILL be calling corporate, this is unacceptable. Totally unprofessional.

Was told to come in at a curtain time in the morning from day before . I was there 15 min ahead of opening. Store didn’t open until 1hr later then After i drop the phone off was told to come back 3hrs Later!!!!! Then I top of that I had to wait a additional 40min !!!! Come On.... I truly feel they act like this because there the only one’s in Lubbock that Are partnered up with Asurion. ( “That’s what the employee’s say “ )... Also there is hardly any parking. But I guess the front of the building is for employe parking only lol some little lady had to park across just to find a parking space. Place is a joke Lubbock hopefully some others Partner up with Asurion to at least have more options.

My phone fell off the back of a truck and totally jacked up the screen. They were able to have it fixed the next day and it works better than it ever did. Friendly and courteous staff went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend them.

I took an iPad there to have the screen fixed and all of that was ok. It was the home button not working anymore at all after that. They even had the nerve to say it was my daughter’s fault for pressing it too hard! Funny it worked fine until the screen had to be replaced. I took it back twice and they got it working again but now it won’t work at all and I’m pretty sure the whole button needs to be replaced! So frustrating!

I took my IPhone XS in yesterday. I have taken great care of this phone, but happened to crack the screen last week. This is the only authorized Asurion repair facility in town. My phone worked fine when I brought it in to get the screen replaced and now it will not even turn on. They did absolutely nothing to try to remedy the situation other than hand me a non-working phone and told me to call Asurion. Worst experience that I have ever had with a repair shop. Three times I’ve tried calling their number listed in the other reviews only to waste over an hour of my day with no response.

I went their to get my Apple Watch repaired last Saturday and they had told me it was going to be $140. I was previously told on the Tuesday before that it would be $140 when I called. Long story short I payed full price and then get a call telling me I got quoted for the wrong price. Then they offered a me a screen to discount for the miscommunication well they couldn’t find any, which is understandable. The previous times I went their I had great customer service and would recommend people to them. After this visit of the owner supposedly going to call me on Friday (never got a call) and being quoted wrong twice, I will not recommend anyone here again.

My grand daughter dropped her IPhone 6 and shattered the glass cover on the phone. Took the phone in last Saturday to see if it could be fixed. The staff members were able to fix the phone and it works like new. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and I will definitely return if I ever need my phone fixed.

Stay away if possible.. this place is the blind leading the blind. The definitely dont know how to repair cell phones. I went in for a cracked screen and left with a screen that will no longer turn on and the speaker will not work!!In my case YOU broke and now Im having to figure out how to get it fixed elsewhere.

I had a warranty claim and was told to go to uBreakiFix, due to a cracked screen. They were very up front on how long it would take to fix, which was just over 2hrs. They were very professional, and did great work. I would recommend them.

First I set an appointment and all was good up until i followed up with them a day prior to the appointment i only called just to confirm that everything was good to go since am traveling from Midland. A mistake was made on there end with the whole ordering process and somehow the wrong color was ordered.I was very understanding the situation the first time because we all make mistakes and i was told they would overnight the correct color. Next day i recieved a phone call that the screen was not received and that there would be another delay within shipment which again was understandable but since then I have not received confirmation on anything whether or not it was received at all. I had to call twice to be told the same thing and its been almost full 2 weeks already. To be honest im not pleased with the professionalism thus far.

Needed battery to iPhone replaced. Made an appointment, walked in and 30 minutes later walked out good as new. Excellent service.

I had my iPhone screen fixed here and about 2 months later the screen had black lines down the middle of the screen. Went to try and get it fixed under their 90 day warranty and was told they could not fix the screen due to small scratches from normal daily use of the phone.

I was directed here by my warranty. My iPhone 8 Plus was new and functioned perfect, it just needed the screen replaced. The staff was friendly but after several attempts, the repair was unsuccessful.

Jacob was thorough in his explanation on what he will do to fix my daughters iphone. My daughter dropped her new phone in water and did not turn on. We were expecting the price to fix it would be outrageous.What other companies charge to repair the screen, uBreakiFix charged me around the same to clean water damage and install a new screen. I broke my phone screen from dropping it and I brought it here it within an hour it was ready everything worked fine I got home and through the rest of the night it worked and the next day about 4 it stopped working and just stayed on a black screen with the apple logo and I have a charger that says weather or not its connected to anything and it lights up meaning it is, but sometimes it goes out and stays on the same screen and Ive tried everything and it goes to its dead then back to the screen and its been like that since 4.

I will use them again.
