I was a loyal customer for years. When I was told my number was locked & could not get an explaination as to why. A building with verizon employees & managers. Yet. No one could tell me why this happened. I was so upset. & to think how I would not let anyone bad talk Verizon. This is how I get treated...Hopefully they will get bought out !!!

One of the most unprofessional places I’ve visited in my lifetime. Store and online says open at 10 yet found myself waiting over an hour for someone to get to the store. Only to be greeted as if I was a burden to their day and a “I had to go to the bank” well I’m sure it doesn’t take an hour to get to the bank and also sure you’re on company time

I showed up at 10, when they said theyd open. No one who worked there showed up til 10:15 to unlock the door, then she had absolutely no knowledge of what to do. Immediately called her boss, asked him every question I asked her, then sent me to another Verizon store. Completely useless store, trip, and experience.

This store is under new management. Please come by and see us!!!! My staff is knowledgeable and meet all your needs.

Do not sign up for a new plan from here! They will charge you a double start up fee because they are actually a third party Verizon. They will not tell you this so just go to another store to avoid this fee. They will not help you with plans and the employees do not know whats going on and will lie to you about the prices and hidden fees. Avoid
