Man the store is trash they have no shoes or nothin man I can’t believe I walked all alrlund the mall to find it man this place is garbage they have no shoes.🤢

Lots of Nike stuff. Not that this is a bad store by any means, but with online stores likes Zappos or even Amazon, you have access to a much larger variety of shoes and often at better prices.

My husband, and I went in to buy some retros, and one of the men working there was trying to sell us a shoe that was on display that had major defects on it. EX: there were scuff marks, some dried glue, and even a indentation from being bent so much. When we asked him if we could get a different pair due to the defects he proceeded to be very rude, and disrespectful saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with the shoe, and even though they had 3 more boxes in the back of the same size he wasn’t going to bring them out. He then went over to the counter took out some pliers, and began attempting to take the glue off the shoe while INSISTING we still buy it.

The staff was friendly and willing to help. But I was ready to pay for my shoes then was told they were only accepting cash. I went to atm hit cash and when paying for my shoes advised change shortage. There should have been signs about only cash payments and change shortage.

The manager was LESS than helpful. I bought a shoe cleaner for my white adidas shoes that I LOVED and a spray that she said would help protect them from further stains. The brush on the show cleaner RUINED my favorite new shoes (which were very expensive especially considering Im a college student). I went in the NEXT DAY to return them and complain about all the damage it did and the manager wasnt even there. The employees had no idea how to handle the situation and asked me to come back the next day, as if I have time to go back to the mall three days in a row for a mistake that the manager should have known about. I went back a THIRD TIME and the manager was snippy, rude, and over all lacked any kind of customer service. I know this because I work in customer service and I would NEVER address an unhappy customer that way. She wouldnt even refund me the spray that she wrongly picked out for me and told me to try SELLING the cleaner online or something. She even recommended going to a DIFFERENT shoe store to get a better cleaning brush. Go to ANY other shoe store for your needs- this place is a waste of time, money, and unnecessary stress.

Service is horrible the management is the worst I have ever encountered very unprofessional .Footlocker should be ashamed of the employees and management that are working in the Lubbock store. Management is a joke.I gave them 1 star because thats the least you can give them to be able to rate them.

Absolutely awful employees but occasionally I find a good shoe that should be sold out.

Not the greatest variety of shoes but I have ordered almost any shoe they don’t have in store with free shipping that would usually take 5 days and have gotten them in around 2 days.
