1) it’s way too small and too cramped2) never have anything in stock3) your employees try way to hard to get you to buy things

The employees are always so great!! One guy took the time to help my autistic child find a specific item he wanted & helped him open it. He was genuinely sweet to him. Always a good experience.

Store Manager here is awesome. Seems like they try to keep the store clean and organized and everyone seems nice and helpful. I love how everyone there is so eccentric and friendly. I take my daughter in once a week and they always remember who we are. This location is so much better than any of the other locations we have been to.

They were very friendly customer service also they were all sweet to help whatever we were looking for! I would like recommend this place for some badass shirts!!

As usual, its a hot topic. Mostly came here to get Jojo merchandise but the rest looks cool.

So went in..granted I dont look the typical type to shop there..but the manager not once BUT twice blew me off...it was my birthday and was looking for something for myself..sad. guess Ill just continue to shop the online store instead

I found some fantastic shirts for buy one, get one for 50 percent. To say the staff was friendly and helpful feels like an understatement.

I used to go here alot when I was younger I loved this store but, just isnt what it used to be.

They were more worried about signing people up for store emails than actually helping the many customers in line, just wanting to make a purchase. Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for that before I just gave up and left. :-(

Olivia and another sales associate (who looked like Harley Quinn with her hair and make-up) were extremely helpful in helping us find BTS merch. They seemed as excited as my daughter was about buying some BTS stuff, and Olivia immediately took us to the section and pointed out the new arrivals to us. “Harley Quinn” asked my daughter who her bias was, had she seen the new video, what was her favorite song, etc. - which I could tell made my daughter feel really special and happy. My daughter talked about the sales girls quite a bit after we left the store, so they made a big impression on her! And on me, too!

Always friendly staff. Its actually a much better experience since covid because you dont have to be shoulder to shoulder with people constantly.

We have FABULOUS customer service every time we go in. The sales they have cycling, as well as the Hot Cash, creates an excellent value for people at any price point.

Gots the gauges I need to stretch my ears, depending who is working youll have a good experience or a really awkward one.

Great shop, sales associates were very helpful with what I was looking for, good selection of emo, rock, anime and party items.

Be very careful when buying jewelry that they grab the size you tell them to because they grab it and immediately take it up front and you dont see it until youre home and take it out of the bag. 1 of the 3 gauges my wife bought were the wrong size so we went back the next day to exchange for the correct size. Due to COVID they wont exchange jewelry. Box was unopened and THEY mistakenly grabbed the wrong size but somehow it cost me. Many people in and out all day touching everything and yet they wont exchange something to correct their mistake hiding behind COVID. Very disappointing.

I was very disappointed with them. Usually, the costumer service is great but this time not so much. I asked two different employees for assistance and both disregarded me completely. One said “I don’t know, find it yourself.” Very disappointed.

Eh, it use to be about Rock & Role sponsoring bands music CDs in the rear to choose from to nostalgic shirts and pants or back stage tickets to concerts from the past to the current with a cool assortment of stuff in there display to tattoos and piercings in the back. But its changed dramatically to another annamay or DnD store, Spencers Gifts is better than Hot Topic these days. To PC

The store workers were friendly and very helpful. There is a good store selection. Its hard to find some things though because it is cluttered and merchandise is over crowded. However, the employees have no problem helping.

Thos place is the best place to be. I love everything there and think you should go there if you are low key of high key a nerd. My life lives in this store and if it werent for them I dont know were half my house and its cool look would be right now ❤❤🤗😍

Ive loved Hot Topic for a long time, but it seems theyve gone poppy for my tastes. Plus, the main reason we went in tonight was the advertised clearance sale... Prices were barely marked down a couple dollars on most items.

My daughters favorite store to shop everyone is very excited and eager to help you. I wish it had more room to walk around everything is soo close together but over all we like the store.

Great store for pop culture fanatics. You will find Disney Merch, Anime Merch, Movie merch, etc. Allot of cool collectible figurines too.

I wish they had a more variety of anime and music.

Hot Topic has great clothes like Anime and Geeky shirts they even have a lot of Funko Pop Figures.

Its usually kind of messy, but I love their products and staff is always great.

Cool and interesting things there

Missed a theft tag the first time we left that didnt get caught until we went to Victorias secret. Came back and got the tag removed and they forgot to put one of our items and our receipt back in the bag. We didnt notice the missing item until we got back to the car and had we waited until we got home (2 hours away) we would have been S.O.L. Then when we came back to retrieve the item, the sales staff acted rather rude/standoffish about the whole situation. Never coming back to this location.

Sometimes you can find a really cool shirt that perfectly fits you in this store. I managed, I even have a couple times, and Im quite selective with shirts.

Im an old punk who still has a soft spot for this place despite it now being a merch store for anything and everything thats in at the moment. Still able to find some cool stuff here on occasion though. Mainly pick up stuff for the gf these days.

Cool store, really crowded with merchandise (a good thing) but it can be hard to walk through when its crowded.
