Had a great experience! The owners are super friendly and helpful, even though they had to deal with our next day rental! Absolutely impressed and would recommend this place to anyone, especially for prom!

Horrible Horrible service! Decided to go here for wedding. The owner would tell us 1 thing and then tell our groomsmen another. Then when we tried to let him know he continued to tell us we missed heard what he told us. Definitely a language clash DO NOT rent from here major headache.

We discontinued the brand of shoes that gave us and particularly our customers troubles, we were deeply sorry for that experiences (no laughing matters! Imaging my soles separated while in shaking hands with our President!). We have finished moving to our current location sharing the space with Evergreen Cleaners, hoping the direct involvement of the owners in the businesses will boost the employee morale and improve our services! We have currently Mr. Mark McGrew, who is a teacher-to-be in mathematics of a local school and with many years of experiences in formal wear businesses, as our store manager, and we are very proud of and are very appreciated of having him on board. Immediately since the locations combination, we addressed issues such as dingy shirts, obsolete styles, etc with all new purchases as replacements, and keeping our customers happy.

Rosario was just the perfect person to help our store with a situation. Tuxedo junction is a friendly store with great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Waited FOREVER for the lady to come back. The dressing rooms were very gross and the bench almost fell down when you sat on it. I wasnt comfortable in the clothes and they didnt smell great. I would take your money and spend it somewhere else!

I went with this company hoping to deal with the least amount of problems but I was wrong. First issue was they didnt put an item that I had requested on my request sheet, second was giving one of my groomsmen, who didnt live here, a small clothing item all because they wouldnt send the measurements to the tuxedo junction where he lived close to. The third thing was they werent going to have the items ready in order for my groomsmen to pick them up the day before the dinner rehearsal... when my wedding was out of town. The next thing was they charge my groomsmen items that I did not ask for and charged my ring bearer for items he did not receive. I would never recommend this company for anyone especially after putting me and my bridal party through that. Find a company that will be professional and will actually do their job.

The tuxedo rented was for my eight year old son for my daughters wedding. My son walked down the isle with the hem out of one pants leg and one sole to one of his rented shoes, missing. An hour later, the other sole from the other shoe came off as well. We made attempts to contact the manager but no one would return our phone calls. We live out of town so its not a matter of just dropping in and catching someone there. I dont usually give bad reviews as this, but to pay $150 for that piece of trash was very disappointing. Take your business else where. I assure you, you will be glad you did.

Very dirty store. Tux quality is sub par. Faded dress shirts, vests with missing buttons. Pre measurement was very inaccurate. Came back to drop my tux off while on my lunch break, there is a sign on the door that says they will be back soon. I am on lunch and dont have time to wait and i cant drop off after work because they close at 6.

Do Not go here they are the worst and have ruined my sisters wedding w their mistakes.

The Cleaners are authorized operators of tuxedo junction. The address is right the sign is just a little small.

White shirts are dingy

Very expensive and the quality is very bad the clothes look very worn. The people who attend are friendly. Only the price is too exaggerated !!
