Just left Tandys. We have need of a LOT of leather for a large and unique job coming up. Unfortunately we won’t be purchasing anything from Tandys. We walked in the door and saw 2 people working there, both on their phones. We spent about 15 minutes discussing what type of material might be best for our project, even talking about a specific leather and the fact that there wasn’t any pricing available. NEITHER employee said a single word to us the whole time we were there. Not even a hello or “welcome to Tandys”. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Went ready to lay down about $ 1500 but because I have a medical condition that keeps me from wearing a mask the lady told me I could not sop in there! And yes I explained it to them ! A business is supposed provisions they offered me nothing and the lady was quite freaking RUDE! Called spoke with Eli the Manager after wait 2 days for him to return my call !With no prevail and still offer no resolution!

Very pleased with my visit. The rep on duty (didnt get his name) was very knowledgeable, helped me find what I needed, and took time to do a sample dye piece to see how it would look.

They say theyre open on Sundays. Yet here i am staring and unable to go in because theyre closed

Very helpful, friendly, and courteous staff & manager. My husband and I have recently started doing leatherwork, and they have taken SO much time to help us out with anything we have questions on, and finding the right products for us. They know what they are talking about, and have never been pushy salesmen.

They have had every thing I was looking for or could order rather quickly. Friendly, curious, not pushy, very knowledgeable, the shop may be small but the people who run the place make it worth stopping.

Terrible customer service, no empathy and manager is terrible.

Went there today with my husband. The older gentleman needs to learn just because a couple is brown this does not mean they’re Mexican. He made a couple comments in Spanish, I believe, assuming we knew what the hell he was talking about. Dude, we’re indian or Native American to be politically correct. I didn’t say anything to be polite but can’t say it didn’t bother me. The younger gentlemen working there finished helping us and was more than helpful which we appreciated. 5 stars for the young man. One star for cocky old man.

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff makes every trip a pleasure. One of my favorite project stops in Lubbock!
