The crew that came out to install it was fantastic! Emilio and Dylan were wonderful to be around and knew exactly what they were doing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Jack Cheek and his team were not only kind and courteous, but they worked tirelessly to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Jack came out himself to ensure everything was installed to perfection. They treated us as though we were family, and have checked in on us several times since the installation to make sure everything is up to par. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for not only a beautifully hand crafted iron door, but also a worry free respectable experience with impeccable customer service!

The door is beautiful and was custom made in Mexico. However when we made the purchase we were told we would have a 5 year warranty on everything. Since they put the door in about a year ago the lock hasnt worked quite right. We thought it would work itself out but it has only gotten worse. We contacted them for service two months ago. Finally they responded to another request for service last week. The guy has now no-showed on us twice for the last two nights.Summary, they have great doors but find someone with better service.

Although there were some communication issues and I think our sales person over-promised on the deadline, our door is beautiful and is exactly what I was wanting.

We purchased our beautiful front door for our home in the Rushland Park neighborhood in Lubbock. We’ve received multiple compliments. We did pay more for the door but the quality and after-installation service has been stellar. We had a couple of issues come up where the door needed to be adjusted and Jack was there within 24 hours. He actually gave me his personal mobile # and the next time we had a tiny issue with the weatherstripping I called him and his service tech was over the next day. Can’t go wrong buying from these guys.

Our Door is the first thing people compliment when visiting our home. we have had it for just over a year now and couldnt be more happy with it. We had some touch needed on the caulking in one spot and the guys at Adooring Design came right out and fixed it. Very professional service.
