Ordered the Doggie Howser, MD bouquet. The customer service was great. I called the shop to see if morning delivery was available as I found out my relative would be able to check out this morning. The bouquet arrived quickly and is too cute.

This is by far the best flower service ever ! They’ve never let me down with any arrangements I have ordered. The flowers I ordered for my grandmothers funeral were delivered on time and no complications happened. The flowers looked just like I wanted. Hands down best place to order for funerals, businesses or just a order for your wife or family.

Really dissatisfied with this place. Ordered flowers and they looked nothing like what I payed for. They did not write anything on the card (the person they were for had no idea who sent them). They delivered them at the wrong time. There was mostly green grass and a couple of dried cheap flowers. They were the ugliest flowers and died within 2 days. It was supposed to be for a special occasion and they just ruined the surprise.

Do not use this florist if you want flowers delivered on time for a funeral!! I ordered flowers for my Aunt’s funeral on Sat. before my Aunt’s funeral on Wed. I called to double check the morning of the funeral to make double sure they would be delivered that morning for a 2:00 funeral. The manager told me they would be delivered within the hour which would have been before noon and just fine. After the funeral, there were no flowers to be found! After several phone calls to the funeral home and the florist, I learned the flowers were delivered only 27 min. Before the graveside service. Needless to say they didn’t make it…. The manager was absolutely no help and refused any kind of refund. She had an attitude and just basically said she would talk to the driver.Terribly DISSAPPOINTED in their service, attitude and refusal to make things right.Will never use this florist again as my order was quite substantial!!PS.Since this post, I have spoken with the District Manger and he was willing to make things right for me. Apologies were sincere and actions taken so this never happens again. Sincerity goes a long way!

I highly recommend this shop! We had a special gift request (coloring books/crayons etc.) and the florist went above any beyond to make it happen. The flower arrangement and vase were hand picked by the florist with one guideline (for a 6 yr old girl in icu) she did an amazing job of putting something together to brighten this little babes day! Call them for all of your needs they are so friendly!!!

Flowers came for my wife the day after coming home from the hospital. They were not what our son ordered and they started falling apart 2 days later. Wife called to explain what was happening with the flowers and got nothing but attitude from the person on the other end of the phone call. My daughter bought a bouquet in a basket that showed blue and yellow and pink. It’s a large bouquet that looks like spring. She knows I love blue and pink. I was heartbroken when she text me and sent me a picture of what she thought it would look like and what I actually look like and said she remembered I love blue and pink. I’m sure she paid quite a lot for the arrangement as it was from all my children and grandchildren. Unfortunately she said she won’t call and complain she just won’t shop at all flowered up to again. I am very disappointed in this business. I requested delivery before noon today and placed the order Wednesday. My wife arrived home from work without her flowers and chocolates on our anniversary. Thanks for nothing! I even called around 3:00 today to confirm delivery and received call back around 3:37 and told that delivery would be shortly. Well it was never delivered! Again very disappointed and will tell everyone to shop somewhere else.UPDATE:I did speak with someone at the store. However I was upset and did not elaborate my frustrations.On Monday a new arrangement that was larger than I purchased and a gift card to Cheesecake Factory was sent to my wife’s office. She was thrilled with the flower arrangement and the gift card was very generous and very unexpected. My initial experience was less than desirable, however this business went above and beyond to make it right. I can not express how much I appreciate the response. First and foremost, this floral shop has the best customer service! I had a small issue with my floral arrangement that was gifted to me. I had noticed some of the smaller roses browning quickly. The manager reached out immediately and was very attentive to my needs. My sisters from Michigan and Ohio sent me flowers when I was in the hospital in Lubbock, Texas. The flowers were beautiful. I called around to the local shops (must use our small businesses in town) and Ann Marie (ask for her by name, she is awesome) went out of her way to contact their delivery driver to squeeze in my late and last minute request. Ordered an all white sympathy cross arrangement and they made a red one that look like a Christmas arrangement. Not at all like what I ordered. Did not inform me before hand they did not have the white flowers needed for the arrangement I ordered. They just made the red one I guess hoping I’d want it. I did not but they would not cancel my order for a refund because THEY had already cut the flowers. This was not my fault at all but theirs. So I had to settle for a $100 peace lily. Peace lilies are not worth $100. At that point I was frustrated and stressed. Will never do business with them again.My order was fixed and the correct arrangement was sent out. I truly appreciate the attention given to this matter by the owner. Will use again.

Yesterday we (bf and i) Went last minute and bought some gifts for my mom, his mom, sister, and grandma. We were very impressed until his sister opened hers. It was filled with mold. He spent 80 dollars on 3 chocolate arrangements and after opening the first one we packed them all into the fridge to have proof i guess? Im just very disappointed in the fact that they were molded. Was super impressed until then. Didnt even open the second and third ones due to how bad molded the first was.I am amending my first review to reflect the highest rating i can give bc this place is awesome. Had am issue yes but who doesnt have issues at some point. I spoke with an employee and then with the owner this afternoon (they responded in a matter of a couple hours and were extremely kind and courteous). I have read reviews on them and felt bad posting the initial review bc as stated i was happy until discovering the problem and they have excellent reviews... Any issue had an amended review and i am here to do the same. Will definitely do business here again, and will recommend them as well. Everyone, changing my lower review up to a 5. Upgraded to premium floral, and what came just didnt look like it measured up, seemed to be very sparse compared to pic on the website. So I put in review, got a call immediately from Senayda, who went above and beyond after I sent a picture of what we got, to make it right. The customer service was above and beyond the call of duty, and I will highly recommend them for that fact alone, though the flowers were also beautiful. Goes a long way to make something right, and they went out of their way. Great job and I can agree now with everyone that they are the best florist in Lubbock. They lived up to the hype for sure!

Update:The mark of a good business is not never having issues come up but how they deal with those issues when they arrive. After posting my review the manager reached out to me personally and asked if they could make it right. She offered to come and get the arrangement, take it back to their shop and bring it back as beautiful as they would have wanted it to be in the first place . . . on Valentine’s Day, the busiest day of their year.True to her word they replaced it with a beautiful arrangement full of thriving flowers. My wife could not be happier and neither could I. Thank you!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Sorry to say that I was very disappointed! I chose the florist choice option because I am a big believer in giving artists the freedom to create, instead I got an arrangement that was full of inexpensive flowers and filler, likely to make an extra profit. The worst part though is that the roses in the arrangement all had freezer damage, one died overnight and another is not far behind.

Beautiful flower arrangement for a very dear friends funeral.I had wanted the Winter Radiance which were all white flowers with white roses included. They were not able to get the white roses BUT...they were very accommmadating and apologetic. I asked them to just add red roses instead of white. The arrangement turned out beautiful!! I was very pleased!This is the first time I have ordered from them and thought I would give them a try. I will definately order from them again, AND I see they have a little gift shop as well so I look forward to shopping with them.

Today was a bitter sweet day, i lost someone dear to my heart 10 years ago. Today I had ordered some flowers to be made by a different florist and then they call me at the last minute to cancel my order due to not enough staff. i then looked around and saw your positive feedback i knew i was at the right place. When i called the young lady explained everything to me. i show up and i am greeted with smiles and hellos from two young women, they get my ideas and run to the back and after a few minutes come back with this amazing arragement. Ordered flowers thru the website on Wednesday for delivery on Saturday and left instructions in their comments section to please deliver by 10AM for the memorial service. I recd a written confirmation by email of the order including those instructions. Found out flowers didnt get there until after the service. When I phoned to inquire as to what happened, the excuse was given that they dont see instructions on their printed orders. Really?? I have proof by email. There wasnt much eagerness to make this right or even check on the problem between their website and the printed orders.Update: Ive bumped up my rating by a star because I recd a phone call a bit later with a sincere apology and info that they are working with their IT to fix the problem.

I reached out to this florist due to needing a floral arrangement for a friends moms funeral.To make a long story short, they were able to get me a beautiful floral arrangement, and deliver it to the Funeral home in Lamesathe very next day (on a Sunday).They went “ Above and Beyond” to make sure the arrangement got to the funeral home before the funeral on Monday morning.I’ve never seen a Floral Shop and their wonderful staff, work so hard to make sure my friends family got this floral arrangement. Ordered dozen roses for a special occasion for me and 5 friends to be delivered to our motel rooms before we all showed up to surprise our wife’s. Called to find out about some flowers and the person who answered was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Placed an order for delivery on a Sunday and everything was just as I requested it to be. The flowers were MORE THAN BEAUTIFUL, the candle gift wrapped but most important was the delivery time. The flowers sent didnt look anything like what I ordered. Upgraded my order of the pink and white sympathy arrangement. There were no Roses and too many carnations. Will not use this florist again. Very disappointed!

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day from here. What I told them I wanted on their website and what my mom received are extremely different. I understand they will not look the same but OMG she received half the flowers in her arrangement that the website shows. On top of this when I called all I could hear was a woman screaming at people. Do not order flowers from here!I did contact you and have heard nothing back!!!

Yesterday I received beautiful flowers arranged in the the shape of a puppy face of white carnations surrounded by red carnations and baby breath in a basket. Just beautiful. My sis that sent them new I had just adopted 2 rescue dogs so these were perfect for my birthday and what a surprise arrangement. Outstanding! I wanted to post a photo of the arrangement but couldnt get my phone to corporate.

These guys are absolutely phenomenal. I am super picky when it comes to arrangements and such for my spouse. I have used other flower shops that have charged an arm and a leg for a simple arrangement and have been less than satisfied with the results. I used “All flowered up too” a couple of times and did again today and I continue to be blown away by how easy it is to order. From the process of ordering to the delivery and to the arrangements being just absolutely stunning! I will never use another flower shop as long as this one is in business. I order online on February 13th the day before Valentines Day. I called to see if I could change the order to some flowers my wife loves. They helped me out and the flowers beat us to our hotel room! They did a great job and my wife loves the flowers.

They certainly lived up to their name. They came through for me in a big way. I ordered several arrangements going to different locations to be delivered on Christmas Eve. They were all delivered on time and the recipients were ecstatic. Their delivery fees are the best I have found in this area and if you order multiples going to the same address they only charge one delivery fee. That can be quite the savings.
