Knowledgeable, professional and incredibly prompt service! Bought a treadmill and 2 hours later delivered and installed. Delivery guys had to get the machine upstairs, around a couple of corners and over another raiing! They did an amazing job without a single scratch or nick on the floor, walls or machine! These guys are awesome. We went in looking for a treadmill and after finding out I had knee issues they suggested I get an elliptical instead. Ive never cared for ellipticals in the past but after they explained and let me feel the differences between the model they helped me find one that would fit me and my whole family. I have been doing business with Fitness Specialist in Lubbock, TX for about 3 years. During this time I have purchased some free weights and bars along with 2 different watches and heart monitors and chest straps. I have also purchased an Octane Recumbent Elliptical. I give Fitness Specialist a five star rating only because there is not a 10 star rating. This store is very efficiently run and the owner Jason, is one who thinks he should show up all the time, open on time. In addition he believes he should have good selection criteria applied to his staff and then to train them well. Over the years there is always a small electronic glich and they are eager to help correct the issue. I will continue to do business for more years.

Went in to purchase a Polar H-10 heart sensor and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was skeptic if it would connect to my Huawei Watch 2 (using Google Fit) and it connected no problem!

The enormous elliptical delivery was placed in my home without a scratch. They offered their services in a year to insure you take advantage of the warranty for wear, tear, blood sweat and tears. I am going to tell my neighborhood about them and make everybody jelly. This might motivate the other dads to buy from fitness specialist so our whole street can make a calendar spread for the wives. Last year, we purchased a great exercise machine (Octane) from FS and one concern I had was service after the sale. Recently, we did need service and Nathan from FS came to aid. Called them multiple times They are out of office or refuse to return calls. We have been trying to get them to work on our equipment for several months. I have 12 cardio machines and 8 strength machines and they will not come service them as we have requested multiple times.

The front panel of my elliptical broke well after the warranty expired. Nathan Smith came over and diagnosed the problem and then ordered the part and then came back over and installed it. The cost was $65 for the service call, $75 for labor for installation and $50 for the panel. I was not charged until after the second visit when the machine was fixed.
