I seem to put the guy out at the counter because he had to look for something for me .It was a very unpleasant time. I have bought from here several times and a lot of trailer parts but I will never go back. In fact he told me to go to Home Depot. I am sure you can find what you need anywhere else and have a better experience.

I came in looking for some bolts for my motorcycle. The gentleman sized a bolt for me and provided great service. Will definitely be back for all my bolt needs.

Needed a few bolts that I couldnt find online, brought in a old one and they found an exact fit. Fellow at the counter was helpful. Great place for finding an exact bolt.

Big white guy with Gotee is rude and impatient . Terrible experience. My company does thousands of dollars of business with them a year. Needless to say we will take our business to fastenal. Terrible customer service .

Dont expect polite and polite service. If anything youll feel like your a burden to have any of these guys help you. Ive came in on multiple instances as the corporation I work for has an account and its always the same annoyed to do anything attitude.

Been here a couple times. The people are always helpful. But they go above and beyond. I needed an odd ball bolt to make a clutch puller. The gentleman at the counter not only had what I needed right away but also gave me a spectacular price for it. Theyre awesome.

The long haired, bearded fellow must be someone special. He is going to do the bare minimum, and talks to customers with no respect. I work for a large company that buys in bulk, I guess I’ll have them pay extra and shop at Fastenal.

Apparently they have changed ownership. Seemed somewhat annoyed to wait on me. I wont trouble them again.

What is a customer to think, when the local business refers you to an online vendor for competent technical information?

The counter man got what I needed but wasn’t friendly. He acted annoyed to wait on me, & when I asked for a staple for the bag of bolts that really annoyed him.
