The gift shop is one of the best in town when it comes to supporting local! They have everything from their famous pecans to salsa to pillows and hand towels! It’s definitely my first stop when it comes to buying gifts for my friends and family! Their pecans are absolutely the best! I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a snack or a gift! Check them out and you won’t be disappointed!!

I dropped my pecans off to be shelled in April and was told that my approximate pick up date was June. It is well into October and I have not recieved my pecans back and no one will tell me when they will be completed nor will they get them to return to me to that I can get a refund. I came to this place even though it was more expensive because they had such great ratings but I wish I had done them myself or taken them elsewhere.

We dropped our pecans off June 6 to be shelled and we’re told they would be ready Oct 21. We started calling when we hadn’t heard from them in late October and were told they were working on June’s inventory and we should have them in a week. We called again a week later and we’re told it was going to be about a month before they were ready! I called last week just to check and was told they were working on them and it would be a couple of weeks. I called today and talked to Tamara and she said they hadn’t started on June yet! I told her that we keep getting different answers and we just wanted our pecans. She said no one would tell me that at Pecan Ridge! I asked her why I would lie and that all we wanted was our pecans to use for holiday baking! She said they would call us when they were ready and hung up!We have used Pecan Ridge for several years without any problems but this year it’s ridiculous! I’m wondering if we will ever get our pecans. But I do see that Pecan Ridge continues to sell pecans from their store. Guess those come first. 😡

Needed a pecan fix and this place really helped. Good prices and good selection. I recommend either the chocolate covered pecans or the pecan spread! I’ll be back for both, lol. They also sell plain pecans if you’re trying to bake something.

Great place for pecan and pecan related gifts. Dylan is fantastic and very energetic. He is full of information. The variety was nice and the pecans were excellent.

Pecan Ridge is great. Their sea salt pecans, cinnamon pecans, and praline pecans are fantastic.Their tomatillo salsa is great. Whether you’re looking for a gift basket for family or friends or as a corporate gift, this is the place to go. Their gift baskets are beautifully presented.

We get our pecans shelled here every year. This is our fifth year to do so. The staff is very nice and helpful. We usually get a little higher than the average return. This is a good place to take your pecans.

They are remodeling now, but its going to be really interesting to visit when they finish.

After years of my mother and father in law doing business with Pecan Ridge, it is now over with.This years crop was harvested the same as all of the prior crops.After 15 years of doing business with Pecan Ridge, it is now over with.Im not sure if there has been a change in workers or management, but this is the last year.Everyone else be sure to get everything in writing prior to turning over your pecans.

I wonder if these reviews are fake. The company accepts orders from the website but one month later the order has not been received. Even emailing them there is no response. Buyer beware!!!!2 months still no order and no response. It appears they just steal the money

Worst experience every lady was very mean and had an attitude with me and when I got my pecans they were not like they was when I brought them ( bad color very low percentage back,price over rated) I will never go back there rather go to custom shell good price and experience
