Ordered Glass from this business. After it was miss measured and miss cut by them, not once but twice, we called on Tuesday to check on why the glass that was promised on Friday was not delivered and when we might expect it. The owner Kevin Taylor proceeded to cuss out our employee and left her in tears. I called and cancelled our orders with them. Id suggest others avoid them and go with one of the other local glass companies thats will appreciate your business.

So far so good. No one has come off to me as rude or unintentive. So far they have beaten the others price and service. Until otherwise shown I will continue business with them.

Just called to ensure an invoice was being processed correctly and to the right person to make sure that this company was being paid timely for some work they completed on our campus. Had the unfortunate privilege of speaking to the owner Kevin. He preceded to berate, condescend and scream at me as if I was out to do his business harm. He is completely unprofessional, inappropriate and rude and he just lost himself this entire campuss business for good.

Just stopped by and the man I spoke to was a complete jerk, not because I answered a call during a discussion, but I had taken a call from a worker that had a question that needed to be answered, as I walked thru the door. Lasted 15 seconds and the guy said very rudely You better turn that phone off before you even say a word to me. Will not ever do or refer business to a place that is not customer oriented and he certainly was not.

Owner got angry when talking to me about commercial repairs when I tried to negotiate. Total lack of tact, and customer service. Never heard someone get so angry so fast.

I needed a replacement pane for a garage window. They were great to work with and beat the competitors price by almost $20!

Even one star is being generous. Horrible service and the owner is something else, Ill leave it at that.
