I have been doing business with King Hearing for about 19 months, they provided great service for my old hearing aids, so when I needed replacements I of course went back to them for new ones. They walked me through choices for my insurance and am very happy with the ones I purchased, they adjusted them for my hearing situation and always willing to help with any questions i have with my new hearing aids, will always go back to them. Staff is very kind and courteous to us old folks.

Since I got my hearing aids other people say I have been pronouncing my words a lot better. King hearing center really helped me so much I can hear a lot more and better. No more asking people to repeat themselves. Im so happy with my hearing aids.

I am very pleased with my decision to work with King Hearing Center. Randy and his staff were very friendly and patient during my hearing tests and while explaining options for improving my hearing and dealing with tinnitus. Randy was great at explaining the features and differences of the hearing aides and helping suggest which he thought would be best for my situation. I will also say that Randy spent the better part of an hour orienting me to my new hearing aides and explaining all the bells and whistles. I could not be more happy with my decision to go to King Hearing Center and highly recommend if you are in the market for a great audiologist.

King Hearing Center was recommended by the Texas Employee Retirement System and allowed a discount of $1,000 on each hearing aid. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Mr. King, the owner, was thorough and patient, explaining my hearing loss issues and options. I left feeling as if I had known these peole for years. Outstanding!

Great place. Dr. King was so patient to work with my mother in law. my wife and i have recently had our hearing tested. the test is free. small friendly place, but has everything you need for hearing issues.

Excellent care for over 6 years! He listens carefully to you. You feel like you are with an old friend. He makes you feel comfortable. He and his staff are very kind and helpful, very professional. Wonderful experience every visit. His fees are very resonble. My over the ear hearing aids from another state are getting old but he keeps them working, makes any adjustments I need, cleaned the hearing aids, etc. I could not ask for better care. He never tries to sell you something you dont need. His patients are always his first concern. I get better care with King Hearing Center than I did a clinic in town when I first moved to Lubbock. This other clinic wanted to sell me new, expensive hearing aids and their exam fee was very expensive.

I have been Hard of Hearing my whole life. I have over that time, as a child, and as an Adult, dealt with many Hearing Aid Centers. I will say, that Dr. Kings office came highly recommended, and that those suggestions were right on. Dr. Kings staff, Nelda, is very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Dr. King is caring, and does his very best to find the right aid for the right person. I am pleased with their service, and I plan to stay with them awhile.

I was experiencing a recent difficulty in hearing normal voices, and especially in hearing my grandchildrens voices. I went to King Hearing Center for an annual checkup and he found additional loss in my hearing profile. By adjusting my existing aids and changing the settings + the speakers, they compensated for that additional loss. I now have a restored ability to hear voices - especially those I was missing the most.

The staff is been extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. It is a pleasure doing business in a Christian atmosphere, knowing they are striving to satisfy the needs of their clients in a professional and timely manner.

A great center to deal with hearing issues

Dr King and his staff made me feel confident that I was making the right decision in getting my hearing aids. They were very knowledgeable and gave me great customer service.

Randall is the man, he has helped me in so many ways to be able to hear better, I have sent quit a few people there to help them as well!

I drive two hours to this office and occasionally have ask for adjustment to my schedule along the way. They always accommodate me!

This is my 3rd set of hearing aids., but my first from Kings. Best set, by far! From my point of view, its not in the brand, but in the skill of the installer. Great job, Mr. King.

I first used King Hearing Center five years ago so when I started having new hearing issues I went back to them for a check uo .I have to say that five years ago they treated me with respect, courtesy and answered all my questions and with my recent visit they again treated me the same way. If I ever have friends who asked me for a recommendation I will certainly tell them to go to Kings Hearing Center.

They cleaned my wifes hearing aid broke it in the process then tryed to tell her it was probably broken already it was not gave her a loaner that didnt work right got her original one back from them after they had it repaired lasted 11 days now looking for a better company too repair my wifes hearing aid no thanks too king hearing center
