Dr. Caldwell and her staff are the best. We are treated like family every time we go to their office for my daughters hearing aids. They are great with children and my daughter hates leaving when we visit. They remember that my daughter likes My Little Pony and made sure to get My Little Pony stickers for her - just an added touch of caring. Thank you Dr. Caldwell and staff for all that you do to take care of your customers. I highly recommend them! They are very knowledgeable and professional, and quite frankly in my opinion the best at what they do. If you need anything that has to do with hearing, hearing tests, hearing aids, etc., this is the place to go.

Cannot connect by phone. Do not return phone calls. Person answering the phone is insulting. Among other things I was told that the audiologists are too busy to tend to me and I have to learn to be patient. I will not return.
