We had Patrick come out to diagnose a few items like our receivers, TV, and projector. He was able to diagnose each problem and fix it. He took down an old mount and installed a new wall mount for our TV. He made sure to take the time and carefully remove the older 40lbs mount and then leveled and measured where he was going to place the new mount. After he did that, he connected the TV to our stereo system and took the time to vacuum where he installed the new mount. Throughout this whole process, Patrick was very fair and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend supporting this local business!

Went in for a simple speaker connector. Ended up spending an hour talking to Kurt. Let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in high end stereo and home audio equipment.

Audio and home cinema sales as they should be! Do your self a favor, skip the big box stores, enjoy a personal and knowledgeable touch. The staff at the Soundwave are always attentive, and obviously passionate. While they are obviously professional installers of the highest caliber, they ALWAYS have time to help me, a hobbyist of the lowest order. I have purchased everything from headphones, to speakers, to cables and electronics, every time the experience has been in keeping with the price and quality of the products. A high end experience from start to finish every time is what you can expect from the Soundwave.

This place of business is excellent! Jake west is amazing, and his staff and technicians are highly qualified,helpful, and strive to give the customer pristine service. Patrick came to my house to clean up the mess that the Suddenlink technition made when my service was connected and the modem was installed. Patrick identified the phone wires, plugged in the ethernet lines to the modem box, secured a power strip to the back of the AV box so that the modem power plug didnt hang out preventing the AV box from closing correctly, and placed the modem vertically which is the way its supposed to be, instead of crammed in diagonally like the Suddenlink tech had left it with wires stuffed in hap hazardly inside the AV box. I would highly recommend this place for any of your audio visual needs. They do things right, and customers matter.

These guys did a wonderful job getting our Cat5 internet connection hooked up throughout our house. Patrick was the technician that came out to our home for both the estimate and the work. He did a wonderful job, was kind, courteous and very informative. My husband had some follow up questions on the stuff they installed and an at home upgrade that he wanted to do himself. Patrick was also very helpful with that, giving us the information we needed to get everything set up the way we liked. We definitely plan on using them for any future entertainment upgrades we decide on.

Best place in Lubbock to buy high end A/V and Home Theatre! I have been shopping here since the early 2000s when they where located at Salem Village and the sales staff has always taken care of me while being both friendly and realistic. I have not always made the most desirable salary but after 15+ years of owning my own home theater I can tell you no matter where you shop its not a cheap hobby. If you are on a tight budget thats the reason a lot of manufacturers make sound bars. Again, this is coming from someone who doesnt make close to 100k a year. For those who are looking for better brands then whats offered at a Non- Magnolia Design Center BestBuy. You cant go wrong with The Soundwave 👍

I went in and was looking at upgrading an existing home theatre without spending a fortune. The salesman had no interest in talking to me once he realized I was not going to spend thousands of dollars.
