Local franchise owner on Reidsville Rd. in Walkertown, NC is $3 richer. The ice costs $2 and the machine accepts $1, $5, and $10 bills but failed to give out change for a $5 bill. Good thing I didn’t insert $10. Not that it couldn’t because it sounds like it tried to but no coins dropped. Called the phone # listed on the side of the ice machine housing and a child answered. After explaining my experience to the child, THEN the child’s parent, I’ve concluded that the machine MOST LIKELY hasn’t been serviced meaning I MOST LIKELY have BACTERIA LADEN ice....BUT I GUARAN-FRIGGIN-TEE $$$ is collected REGULARLY!!!

The nearby Watermill Express was out of order so l thought I’d try this place out to refill my five gallon water bottles. Bad idea! The water taste no different than local tap water and has a bad smell to it. Will not return for water or bulk ice.
