Called them early in the day and ordered a sheet for a job. Asked if they would deliver it that day and verified they would. I called them back the next morning and they told me they had forgotten my order but they didnt forget to charge my card.

Always friendly and helpful, love that they deliver. The delivery keeps me using general steel. Competitive prices.

A couple of the warehouse employees were very rude! Cheap overpriced greasy foreign steel. Was informed to go elsewhere. I deal with clients who want American steel. If the American steel was priced at the overpriced foreign price, I would buy it. The owner was nice. Too bad the employees dont have his kindness.
