Worst place ever. I have a fractured left foot after having reconstructive surgery on the same foot and went to get fitted for an orthotic insert. Supposed to take two weeks. After three weeks I called and I was told that they didnt have any idea why the insert was not ready. Finally spoke to the manager who said that their equipment wasnt working and he didnt know when it would be ready. Which means that I cannot transition back to my shoes anytime soon.Complete failure by Embrace to make the insert that I paid for the day of the fitting. Avoid this place. They will take your money and then not follow through. Good luck trying to get your money back too.
