I went to upgrade my phone a couple of weeks ago and this location was out of new devices for the model I wanted, the manager offered to give me a new screen protector as an incentive to take a phone that had been used. I agreed and was content with them going the extra mile for a customer, they were out of the glass screen protector for my phone and told me to go back later that week to pick it up. When I went in to get what they had promised me they refused and said that was never offered to me. I will not be visiting this location again and am very unhappy with the person I dealt with.

This place is the WORST!!!! Stay Away!!!! Would rather spend all day waiting at Boston Rd. then to waste my time getting false information OVER and OVER again. and the Worst customer service EVER!!!! Do not deal with the district manager, he is very rude!!!!
