Allison, the owner is great. Her classes are very motivational. The facility is very clean. And the hot/warm yoga just adds to the great experience. Definitely try this place!!

I took my first class here on a Friday evening with Alison and I enjoyed it. It was my first time visiting this beautiful studio and Alison was so welcoming as soon as I walked in the door! She helped me register and gave me a tour of the studio. She taught a really nice heated flow class and then made the extra effort to come ask me how I liked the class after it was over.I will definitely be back and hope to bring friends!Thanks Alison and team for opening this new studio and best of luck to you for a successful and fulfilling future!❤️ Rebecca B
