I called with a issue with my garage door not opening due to the fact the tension spring had broke apart. We could not get our vehicles out of the garage. I was so pleased that the response was within the same day or should I say 1/2 day. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness in understanding our needs. The tech that came out was experienced and friendly and the work was done in a timely manner. Overhead Door Co. is a home run.

We called this company for the first time today. Answered by a very nice woman, transferred to a very nice man, was told he could set up an appointment today (do you have any idea how happy that made two older folks who get nervous over everything????). A couple of hours later a super nice gentleman came out, fixed what was broken and even a part that was going to break shortly. Super reasonable rates. Overhead Door in Ludlow is great. Only a couple minor issues with my garage doors in the 17 years since they installed them and they took care of it for me quickly. Bob who is the door tech who installed and serviced my doors knows his stuff. Any company that you can count on many years after you buy their products is pretty impressive in my opinion. If you need garage doors, dont go anywhere else.

Had a broken garage chain and I called this company. They had someone at my house within an hour of me calling to repair my garage door opener, which I was not expecting that quick of a turnaround. Also the price was very reasonable. Excellent customer service - thank you!

I called Thursday afternoon about a broken garage door. They came out first thing Friday morning. Bob was the most professional service person Ive ever worked with. He was knowledgeable and efficient. My total bill was less than 25% of what I was expecting it would cost. Bob didnt try to upsell me or push anything. He acknowledged that my garage door was relatively cheap (which is why it had broken in the first place) but then said, It is what it is. I wouldnt replace it if I were you. Lets just fix that problem and it should last you a long time still.Overall excellent experience. I wish all home repair service experiences were as good as this one!

We had a garage door/opener put in by this company around 25 years ago when we moved into our house. Im not even sure if it is still owned by the same people now, but its the one thing in our house that has not needed to be replaced! I had this company install my garage when i bought my house 13 yrs ago and was due for another one so had them come out and install another one, my installer i think his name was burt absolutely knew what he was doing and was a great guy, completely trusted him to do his job, i will absolutely be recommending them to anyone needing a new garage door

I drove 30 minutes to their shop for an opener torsion spring and when entered their shop I felt as my presence was a nuisance. When I told the secretary why I there she asked who I presumed to be the owner and he was too busy to help me even though shop was empty.This prompted his own secretary to make a few comments on how useless he was in front of me making me feel uncomfortable. Finally another gentleman came out to help me and was going to make the part but when I asked how much it would be he informed me it would be 85 dollars versus the same part which I had found online at Home Depot for 38 dollars. The gentleman who was helping me told the owner the price to possibly match and he blurted back rudely that he couldnt compete with that price and there was nothing he could do.Todays experience with this company turned out to be a waste of time,gas and unneeded aggravation .
