The people at steel horse is a small business local but I prefer going to them over Big Tex because they were friendlier easier to deal with at least they were honest about whether you could get a tractor from them or not they also carry parts so if youre looking some friendly folks to buy what you need go to steel horse

My experience with John and Justin Williams was great. they were very informative upfront and knowledgeable about the products the sell. I made a deal with them over the phone and drove 2 hrs to pick up my landmaster 500. They had all the paper work done, and had their mechanics tighten up any loose ends on the machine to ensure a quality product was delivered and to ensure the integrity of the machine. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from steel horses in the future.

I took delivery today of my new Mahindra 6075 Power Shuttle Cab 4WD tractor. I shopped Mahindras because of their reputation. I bought from Steel Horses because of their sales and customer service. It has been a long while since I’ve dealt with the likes of Bill Douglas and owner, Ray Chacko. First, Bill answered my online query (sent to every Mahindra dealer within 150 miles) the same afternoon I submitted it. Other dealers took 3-5 days and some, never. From the get-go, Bill was on top of my effort to make a trade. After Bill and Roy conferred, we basically had a deal within 48 hours. When I went to the dealership, the camaraderie was evident. The ease with which we did the deal restored my faith in buying anything and reminded me of 1950s business ethics. (For you younguns, its when everyone actually does what they say theyll do, and more). I couldn’t be happier with the deal I made, the tractor I bought, and the dealership’s team. Good people fair prices

This owner has a poor, difficult to work with reputation- even with some manufacturers whose products he sells. Other Mahindra/Landmaster dealers cringe when they hear his name. Since trying to do business with him, I have run across MANY people who say theyd rather have a root canal than deal with John Williams (the owner). He LIED to me and sold me a UTV that I couldnt use with my disability, then refused to cancel contract. This man will do you dirty!! BEWARE!! There are too many dealers out there to do business with a GREEDY LIAR like John Williams, dba Steel Horses..
