Went in for cause of steering leak. I wasnt sure what it was, but they found the cause to be the sensor. They couldve said the issue was the pump and charge $600+. Instead they just charged me to replace the sensor for about $120. $40 of that was the part. They also replaced the nut that holds my battery in place without telling/charging me. They didnt have to do that but they did went above and beyond.
Great people, fair prices excellent work.
Richardson Automotive as always repairs made to my satisfaction. As well as paying the lowest price ever. Thanks Guys.Karen Sanchez
Took my sons avalanche in to have the knock sensors replaced. Chevy place in Lufkin wanted over 800 dollars! I bought the parts except for a few that I didnt know about because you couldnt see them until you got into it. Had a used one and charged 25 bucks for it and replaced a bad oil pressure switch that cost 50 dollars. After all said and done 350 dollars (not counting the 110 dollar parts I bought).Done a great job all in one day!!Also 6 months prior I took my Tahoe in because of transmission fluid lines. They done a great job on it. Real neat work.Oh, 12 years ago they replaced the engine in my Tahoe that went out at 87k miles. Done a excellent job replacing that.Good fair prices! I think the best around Lufkin
