We were looking for some Christmas pajamas and this worker named Bryanna came up to us with such courtesy and a bright smile and helped us on what we were looking for I’m so glad I had this help We will definitely come back to target!

We stopped in for just a couple things after having lunch across the street. The store was super clean. Everything was bright and inviting. This store was either very new, had a recent remodel or had great people doing a great job with maintenance. It was very refreshing to see. The checker at the self scan station, Chris, was extremely nice and very helpful when we had trouble using a gift card. Thanks Chris. You are a credit to Target.

When I checked out I was buying an item that came from the clearance department. It rang up different then the sticker. The cashier said they put the wrong sticker on it and wouldnt sell it at the price of the sticker.

Convenience in the midst of a pandemic and personal health issues. Targets drive up shopping service has been a Godsend, especially during this pandemic.

Update: called Corporate Customer Service and issue was satisfactorily resolved. Seems our local manager and cashiers need clarification on return policies.Extremely dissatisfied with customer service and their inability to resolve a return issue. The store manager was a clock watcher who was eager to leave so she bailed leaving the cashier alone to try to figure out the issue. The issue was not resolved to my satisfaction.

Target had the items I was looking for without having to go very far and @ a great price.

Our Lufkin Target is always clean and the employees are always so helpful and friendly!

Cashier was very rude. My wife told her thank you and was ignored; so she repeated thank you and all cashier did was nod & start checking next customer. I will NOT SHOP WITH RUDE BUSINESSES!

I was denied service for refusing to wear a mask. Target has lost my business for good. I will never step foot in another Target ever again.

My items were being brought out when I pulled up. I had not even got my car in park yet.

We love Target and having a Starbucks drink while we shop. When there are longer lines, they always open new ones, so the wait is never bad to check out. It is clean and organized and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Quick fulfillment of order and I like that they ask what type & color of vehicle you have when you state you are on your way. That plus having to show the barcode to pick up an order make me more assured that no one else would accidentally pick up my order.

Its an older Target store, so its missing the food court and a full grocery selection, like a produce section. But besides that, its good, clean and always seems busy. Easy to get too off of 287 ( Medford Dr.). I stop in sometimes to bug the Starbucks ladies, they are all chill.

Today I purchased 4 outdoor patio chairs,wicker and bulky. Went to check out and it was pouring rain so the lady working self checking was so kind as to offer me her umbrella to go out and pull my truck up to the door. Mind you it’s pouring and the wind is horrible so I was concerned about putting them in the bed of the truck. Two of the gentlemen working not only helped me load these into my vehicle but did it with a sweet smile and genuine sincerity as they soled when they were finished!! Thank you for having such incredible employees who cared enough to be polite and patient and extremely helpful! Bonus..my chairs were on sale!!!

I love this store. It is so quiet and the prices are good. I love finding good deals in the special clearance end caps around the store. Makes me feel like I won a prize! Beware if you coupon though, i would catch a lo5 if crap trying to coupon here :-(

This Target stocks a lot of towels, bedding, and womens clothes but everything else is rather lacking. Most of their home goods and small appliances are of better quality than other local stores. They typically only have one or two registers open so it may take a while to check out.

I was looking for my daughter some Christmas PJs for a Christmas Show and wasnt for sure what I wanted and so I stopped a sales associate and she help me for about 30 minutes. She helped my daughter in the fittings room to make sure that was the perfect pair for her. I really hate I didnt get her name because she was AWESOME. It was worth my 30min. drive to Lufkin.

I have always liked Target stores, good selections and prices.

Decent Target. You never have to wait in line but they dont always have what you need. Cute kids clothes.

Ive heard the store manager, Kris talk down to his employees in front of customers. This has happened more than once, so I know he wasnt just having a bad day! I do not like hearing someone demeaning others to show their authority. Its disrespectful to the employees and customers!Hopefully Target Corporate will get enough complaints to step in.

The store is always clean and the cashiers are very friendly. Thier Starbucks is always good and everyone seems to want to help all the time.

Nice location for travelers, but watch out as the entrance is close to an offramp. Park on the side to avoid crossing the vehicle lanes. Staff is always helpful and friendly

Not only is Target a good store, but they have some good employees, The manager, Briendan is very polite, professional and helpful. I was having trouble in the parking lot at Targets and he was a life saver. He took the time to help me a nervous old lady. The media is filled with hatred and hardly ever reports good things. There are a lot of kind and caring people out there that we just dont hear about~~ I thank Briendan and Target for having/hiring such a good person. God is watching what we do and he will favor you, thank you Briendan and thank Target. I will be shopping there more!! Lufkin, TX

The attendants were extremely helpful and the store was very neat and tidy

Customer service at the Lufkin location was spot on. The woman associate (I unfortunately cant remember her name!) helped put me in a better mood and processed a full refund (I was overnighted the wrong item that I spent extra on because I needed it for tomorrow). My kids also loved her- probably because she made Mom nicer. The dilemma couldnt be fixed, but my attitude was. Thank you!

Beautiful Target per usual. Alll cash register system, self service etc., were down and there were about 20 customers trying to pay. Instantly, the team came together to communicate what was going on, and try different ways to check out customers- mannually putting in the number, at the service desk, using a different number etc. Until slowly but surely they were able to check people out. Great team, great problem solving! Special thanks ro Brandson and Shiloh who helped me specifically, they kept the mood light, apologized and found solutions.

Store is clean and organized. The cashier was friendly. The variety of the store could be better.

The staff members are always helpful and polite. I am usually successful finding all I need.

The store is being remodeled. It looks nice. My biggest complaint is the intercom system. There is an excessively loud ding that chimes throughout the entire store. Im not sure what it is for. The staff dont seem to care. If you have a hearing aid and must go in this store, turn it off.

I talked to Chris Hefner, the Manger of the Lufkin store, today and asked him if our Target store here in Lufkin was going to allow men to go into the womens bathroom I am sad to say that he said yes. My wife and daughter has gone to Target for the last time as they are no longer safe there.

Target used to be really good place to go shopping now since they have allowed people who identify of the opposite sex to use whatever restroom they identify as I have a problem with that with my family safety
