Very helpful. Took the time to look at our boat, make sure we had what we needed! Gave us wiring diagrams so we could get it back together. All businesses should take pointers from Callahan Marine on how to do business and give great service!

Don’t expect a lot of sales talk, just a shop that is most likely to have your part. Out of five others, they were the only ones that had the leafspring I was looking for.

Very friendly and helpful. I went in once with an issue on an old boat and was given sage advice on how to fix it at much less cost. My second visit was to buy something not in stock. The sales lady found it in the catalog so I placed the order. I was so surprised when she called me the next day to say the part was in.

Best place to get your boat parts from. The lady is very knowledgeable and extremely nice. Go there any time to get what we need.

Ive been on the water and running boats for nearly 25 years. Ive been to marine repair shops over the years and Ive found that it is extremely hard to find a marine shop who truly cares if your boat is running properly and safely.Callahan Marine genuinely cares about your safety and your boat running properly. I 100% recommend this shop for anyone. I would drive 100 miles to go to a good shop. This is a shop worth driving for.

Went in and was going to order a yamaha LCD Marine Guage and was speaking to the lovely lady behind the desk. (She was very nice). Was talking about my problem and the errors I possibly made while trying to fix it. Wanted to spend money but there was an older gentleman who was in the lobby and he was being rude and popping off. I dont know if he works there but either way a customer shouldnt have to deal with that. I wont go back.

Best deal I could find on an Etec, so I just bought my new one from them. Good source for local parts. Prices are competitive with online retailers. People complaining about returns need to understand how this business operates. Small businesses cant afford the volume of returns that some of the larger stores can absorb. Once a part is sold they re-order quickly so they will have it back in stock for the next customers. Great people to deal with and very helpful.

Both of these people just bought the part to get the part numbers to order the part on the web and then wanted their money back. All of the parts were the correct parts requested by the purchaser. Mr Glenn admitted what he did and was never told he could bring a part back.We welcome customers that want to be our clients, and are not looking for something for nothing.Safe Boating

The owner here worked very hard to help me track down a part! I was super impressed with him because the other places in Jasper I called couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough! I will be bringing all of my Evinrude Service business here to Callahan Marine when I’m looking for a boat mechanic or boat parts near Sam Rayburn!He said, “Hey, You may be a future client! Carlton is the best boat mechanic around, bar none! Part prices are very reasonable and they carry a large number of parts. Carlton is also a magician when it comes to prop work! The Callahans are wonderful people to deal with!

If you bring your boat in asking for them to give ONE thing on it, expect for them to fix FIVE things on it, not ask you, and then charge you for it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OWNER. DON’T TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE.UPDATE: HIS UNPROFESSIONAL NATURE WOULD NOT LET US PAY WITH CREDIT CARD EVEN THOUGH HE ACCEPTED CARDS AND MADE US PAY HIM JN CASH. HE IS A LOW LIFE AND SHOULD NOT EVER BE TRUSTED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH.AVOID THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS AND MAN AT ALL COSTS.

As a Yamaha Dealer in Virginia, I trusted Callahan Marine to take care of my parents F200. They did an excellent job of getting them in and out and keeping us informed during the process. I appreciate the great service!

Very pleased with Callahan Marine! Took my boat in there on a Friday at 4pm when my boat had broke down the day before my tournament and Mr. Carleton stayed late to get me running so I was able to fish the next day.

I have done buisness on both sides of the fence with these guys. I have worked on jobs for them and had them work on jobs for me. I have a detail shop and carpet seats ect. Things they dont do. Very good people to work with. Have always been exceptionally nice.

They had what I was looking for and I asked( if I dont need it can I return it?) I was told if it wasnt opened. My water pump was ok so I was going to return the new one, was then told(we dont do returns) I will not be doing business with these people anymore. B.T.W I had already found it online $15 cheaper but I like to buy local when I can.

A little bit pricey but worth it. If you want it fixed right thats where to bring it.

They sold me a water pump to the wrong motor. And they dont do refunds because they already restocked the item. WOW and they were very rude. Said there is a big sign behind the register. I didnt see it I guess, My fault. If I ran my business like this I would be filing bankruptcy. No wonder there are no customers ever there. I would park there only if café del rio was full across the street so I could order a plate of Nachos Al Carbon.BEWARE OF SELLER !!!
