Dressing room was open so I was able to try on some jeans. Store was so tidy and easy to find clothing.

My husband and I went to in today to buy him some boots. We was in there 30 minutes, asked for help.She walked by and pointed some out and walked away. Never to return. Worst service ever. Will not be back! Thats been the 2nd time within 2 months of no service.

Not a happy camper this trip. Went in for a gift card. Young man working register. Two women standing near check out, asked if I needed help finding something. I said, Just a gift card. They pointed to a rack. I got back in line. Young man must be new, I was still standing there 10 min later. He asked for register help. They responded by radio, We well be there in a few minutes. 10 minutes later, I walked out. Went to Cavenders, they were busy too, but was walking out Happy in less than 2 minutes. Service! It matters! Hey! $100.00 is just that!

It wasnt like i remembered. Their womens jeans was only 3 selections and prices have risen soo high that it wasnt a pleasant experience.

This is a great place. So much more than just boots. Very nice ladies behind the counter. Theyre not there to feed you a line so they can make commission they tell you the truth. I will be going back. No doubt we got our moneys worth.

Good customer service but a little overpriced

Just got through buying two shirts from the store. Went in, went to the restroom, walked by several employees and never was addressed. Needed help getting a shirt from the top rack and no one around so I walked over to the checkout counter and the girl never even looked at me so I grabbed the little hook and went and got it myself. When I went to check out she never even said how are you she just asked for my phone number if I had a rewards card and then said here you go and handed me my stuff. Terrible service if they didnt have the products that I wanted I would not go there.

Bathrooms are disgusting.I ordered special work jeans on 2 different occasions. And both times they were not there. No one called about the ordered. No one could find the jeans. As if i never ordered them. I do not plan on buying from this incapable Boot Barn again.

Lady named Rebecca needs more training!!! Loud and matter of fact. Took me 45 min so far to get checked out with no waiting line.

Simply do not have good experiences with this store. Walk around this store for 30 minutes or more each time and none if the staff ever so much a s speak much less offer to help. I always have to go find help, and no the store is not busy at these times I have been. I tried to special order some jeans at which time I filled out the proper paperwork and someone was supposed to call me back. Never heard a word. Called back and no one knew what I was talking about. Reported these issues to a manager in the past only to round a corner and see the manager laughing about it with the employees who I told them was rude or not helpful. Simply do not recommend this store to anyone based on too many bad experiences and very poor customer service. After the last bad experience I went ahead and notified the main office because local management was no help at all.

They have a great selection but I have been in there twice in the last week and walked out both times I was in there over 30 minutes wanting to buy some new boots and not one employee asked if I needed help or even said hi or bye coming and going through the door. So I still have no boots and not sure if I will go back.

Fabulous customer service. They went above and beyond. When what I needed was not in stock and not in stock in any of their stores they called Ariat and ordered it for me. They have earned my repeat business.

Have been in this store 4 times in the last month for some work boots that I ordered. Each time I was supposed to be called in a week when order was supposed to come in & nobody ever calls. Order was supposed to be in & I waited over an hour to finally be told boots couldnt be found. They re-ordered. Went back waited over a half hour & boots or order couldnt be found. Re-ordered. Went back again waited over 15 minutes to be told again no boots no order. Manager was called, dont have her name because she doesnt wear a name tag, but she is very rude and I was told I can now only receive a partial refund. Whose fault is it? I believe the incompetent people beginning with the manager that dont know how to give proper customer service. So at the moment, I still do not have my boots or my money.

Went into boot barn to buy a new hat band, did not have what I wanted but found it on line. They ordered it for me with no problem.
