My experience with Floors Unlimited was very positive from beginning to end of job. Jonathan came to my house to take measurement he was polite and courteous. Tyler the salesperson who help me make selections based on information I gave her about my budget and the type of flooring I was looking for as very helpful. The material were ordered and arrived on schedule. The installer was scheduled Landon. He did an awesome job. Great communication about the install process, his timeline for finishing the job. He arrived each morning timely ( being prompt is important to me). He has a strong work ethic and takes pride in the work he does. You can see it in how he does his job. I could not haven been more pleased with his work. He had a helper Ryan who has been with him for about six months they seem to make a really good team. It is refreshing to find that there are still people who have a strong work ethic and take pride in a job well done. Thank you Landon, Ryan and the Floors Unlimited Staff. I have told many people already about my wonderful experience with your company. Often we are quick to share bad a experience BUT I believe you should also tell when things go well.I am very pleased with my new floors! Cant wait to see my new furniture on my new floors.

The floor I picked up was smooth with easier clean, but the one installed is not smooth at all, if color pan drop on the floor or any ink something, you will never dreamed it’s going to be wiped off. When you have a kids home, you need a smooth surface, so cleaning will not drive you crazy. Anyway, I am not pleasant with my experience. The floor I have now is not want I was wanted, but I don’t have time. Several years later, I will have to change my floor again…just upset. Very…

Picked out carpet and pad on April 30. It was special order. Sales person was Alexis Benson. She said it would be in in 3 weeks and could be installed the next. Installation finally came June 17. They arrived with the wrong pad. My husband drove to Lufkin and exchanged the pad. They still sent the wrong pad. Carpet was installed with the wrong pad. If you deal with them, write down the name of your carpet and pad before leaving the store. I had to argue before getting the pad I got. Guess they think you wont remember if they put off installation long enough. Carpet crew was wonderful. Staff in store will cheat you. After having carpet a week and vacuuming every otjer day, I see the carpet pulling up with the vaccum. They not only cut it too short length wise, they cut it too short width wise. Poor job all the way around. The company has not offered to make it Right or pay difference in expensive pad I paid for and cheaper one I got. Save yourself and go to Carpets by Curosity.

This place and the people inside was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. The process was effortless and I was astounded by the friendliness they showed. They will definitely get all my flooring business!

For any flooring needs, carpets, tile, hardwoods, hand scraped to custom this is the location. We were overweight with the enormous selection and the awesome service. Any size rug can be made to any specifications which was is exactly what we need for an odd sized room that needed a rug size that was not available in stores or online and we could also custom size runners to match . If you need design help the staff will gladly help as well. You won’t find a nicer, more qualified floor company anywhere than Floors Unlimited.

Poor service when it came to estimating my carpet needs. I still need carpet for one room that was left off estimate! Make sure if they do work for you that they have done their homework.....cant trust this business. Wouldnt recommend them.

The tile is beautiful but it doesnt matter if you cant get them to finish it. I guess that is what happens when you pay up front for the work. No incentive to do the job.
