The store was super busy and yet, great customer service. I cant recall everyones name, but they were all extremely courteous, helpful, and efficient. Marvin finalized my processing, he is so personable. I would come back to this store if I need anything at all.

(This review is for the Center, TX, location on 2/26/2021).I would have given a 4-Star but the workers didnt initially want to come to the door to assist me as they did the customers that arrived AFTER me. Instead they sent another customer to come to the store to greet me and TRY to talk to me through the door. Plus, I was NOT told to sign in when I got there. I guess the workers ASSUMED that I had been their before. Traveling from out of town, you would think that the employees would treat EVERYONE like a 1st time customer...but that did not happen. Also, I would expect the store to HONOR the rules regarding mask requirements especially with COVID-19. However, they allowed a few customers into the store with NO mask putting others at risk who ARE trying to be safe and abide by the rules. The crazy part to that was, they would only allow so many people IN the store at one time to help prevent the spread of COVID...does NOT quite make sense, since people were allowed inside with NO mask.I do LOVE my AT&T sevice. You all are a great provider. Just wish ALL stores were on the same page.

Jonathon did a great job solving a problem for my father today. My father spent ours on the phone with AT&T last week, and Jonathon was able to solve the problem within minutes.

Horrible service. Made us wait almost an hour while there were people who got there after us, that were being helped. For one, we were not greeted. When we were asked what we needed, the employee was absolutely rude. Told us to sit down & wait while everyone after us were helped & greeted properly. Not only that but the employees stared at us while they helped others. I have never experienced such thing at this location till today. I think one star is more than they deserve if you ask me.

My husband and i went to this location last night and the gentleman there named Jonathan was sharp, unhelpful and acted like our presents to that store and him were a nuisance value. We have always done business at this location but when i walked out last night i will never return. AT&T please work more with your employees on what the meaning of customer service really is!

I ordered a phone online. Went to the store to pick it up. Minor problem with the case I ordered, but was resolved quickly and professionally. Overall the service was quick, polite, and got the job done.
Brenda, my agent, was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than helpful! Went with my father to help him get a replacement for his broken phone and wound up trying out AT&T TV (which is actually pretty awesome for the price) also lol, but we were able to get everything taken care of in one visit, with COVID-19 guidelines actually being ACTIVELY practiced/enforced (which I appreciated greatly considering my father has mesothelioma and COPD). All in all, for a necessary outing, it was a pleasurable experience.
The rep Jesus who assisted me with my purchase was fantastic. He was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions and made the best buying experience I’ve encountered thus far- would highly recommend.

Came to get a SIM card for my sisters phone. Perry was very nice respectful and understanding. I told him my direct tv bill was to high and he gave me a number to call to get it lowered. He was terrific.

I needed to get a new sim card for my phone and my husband needed to get a case for his phone. I understand they have policies and procedures but, there is better ways to go about enforcing them besides embarrassing and upsetting people and continued harrassment! I left from the store and went to my vehicle my husband stayed and was going to get his case and the boy at the door continued harassing him about a mask while my husband was trying to put the mask on! He was very rude and distasteful! Will not go back!!

I went to the store for a problem i could not find a solution to online (pricing was different every time i went thru checkout) . To start phones were priced with no discounts as they were online with many discounts not to mention they did not have a newer mid cost model that i already have and was considering another and they actually had no clue of the model (not too new) . I was also told i was going to need to put $250+ down if i wanted a new phone (High End, They had little else ) website was not requiring this also the website does not charge an activation fee. This was my first visit 2 weeks ago . I visited the other store in Lufkin yesterday. Customer service was no better . This time i went in because i needed a sim card for the phone i finally concluded to buy online from att but was waiting on shipping but needed to start service immediately because of a failed port and my many accounts with 2FA i needed to switch to a new number before terminating the old . longer story short i was sold a sim card for $5 there was no effort and no reason not to attach it to the account i was instructed to call customer service for the switch called cs gave up after 30 min wait now i have a sim card i dont need and will play hell with all my accounts and my new number . These stores have rendered themselves pointless to me . I doubt i will return again.
My old Samsung died. Perry was totally awesome with his knowledge of new phones and how to get my info transferred. Very pleasant and very helpful. He saved my day. Deborah was also very helpful in making sure I had a good experience at the ATT store.
I got a phone on line and called att to get help transfering my stuff to my new phone. They were horrible. Went up to the store where the young man Perry showed me how to transfer my stuff myself. He was awesome. Thanks Perry.

Sort of expensive compared to other carriers or prepaid but as always, you get what you pay for. Hands down the best Cellular company in my book from customer service and insurance to Technical knowledge and direction of industry!

The staff at att always takes care of me. Purchased a phone at Wal Mart and they helped me get it set up and even sold me a wi fi box to bundle with my direct tv. Very friendly I could see the smiles behind the masks. They made me feel safe. Thanks Perry and the manager. She was also very personable.

Really disappointed that this store does not accommodate for disabled customers. Disabled customers are not allowed inside this store and can only be seen outside on the sidewalk.

Ive had a bad experience everytime Ive been here. Waiting around while employees goof off and laugh is annoying and unprofessional. The employees dont know the plans and dont know the costs. Everything is over priced. I walked in ready to start a new cell phone plan. I was so displeased I left and took my business elsewhere.

I was not satisfied with the outcome of AT&T. The are a fraud. I was lied to when I first started the service. I supposed to have received a $450.00 up front credit for me activating phone service. I wish I could go back to T-Mobile. Lower monthly bill and better data service😢😢
Came to the Lufkin store to upgrade. Perry came to my car in the rain and helped me upgrade my phone and switch my old phone to my daughters number. Perry always takes care of me even in the rAin.

I was at the Lufkin store and drove from Woodville TX on June the 8th he combined my bill for us we had a old Walmart phone which was a mistake. We came in to see Tristian today and he has gone above and beyond more than anyone else I have encountered at any store. I want to give him 5 stars he worked for at least 2 hours straightening it out, I just wanted someone to know, its hard to talk to a person anymore. Im retired from the USDA and was in charge of all Tyler County and I just appreciate him.

I went in the store yesterday looking for help with a phone I just bought. As soon as we entered, the lady who called herself the manager got extremely rude. We were only looking for help and was told the only way we would get it would be by signing up for a contract. The woman literally stepped to me with an attitude. I am extremely disappointed in the way we were treated. To the woman at the store, so you know, had you stepped to me in that manner a few years ago, you would be missing teeth and I would be in jail, happily. Thank God, I am no longer the person I used to be; therefore I am writing this review because I will never send anyone to your store. And will gladly tell others of my experience.
The staff was awesome that waited on me, she was scheduled to get off, but she didnt finish with me until abot 6 pm. I really appreciate her patience.

Went in to get a Sims card. Come out with a broken phone the lady that helped me said all you have a warranty use it. I called the manager to let him know and he said that my phone was broken before I got there which it was not. Took it to another store they said that it was a malfunction inside the phone that I would have to take it to the store and they would have to replace it. The manager was really rude blaming me for the phone being broke so I just hung up on him I will not go to AT&T again. I think Ill swap to Verizon
Customer reps are stupid and don’t value their customers
I feel an odd in the way the customer service employees assist their customers. As if they are seeking personal profit and benefit with quite the blatant deceit.Earlier in Nacogdoches, I feel chastised, insulted, as the young mad who wasnt from Nacogdoches seemed to hope on preying on my simple sense of tech. Promotions displayed in front of the prepaid phones, 1/2 off prices with activation and a $55 activation plan.He stated and stumbled explaining that receiving the promotion would only be a choice for him to make. The excuse was, Well, it may not work on my system cause it didnt earlier because of an issue with autopay... Autopay is easily processed with the swipe of a debit or credit care. He then spoke of the service plans and contradicted that autopay for monthly service would process. Basically I had to subtly, say... I fully understand your intention to double drop my mother and I. Than he backtracked as stared at each of his coworkers in dismay and was met with tiny acknlowegement. However, its probably a system done by all employees. His tactic was just purely saying, Yall arent worth it, dont deserve it.. I dont know if it will work. As her Metro PCS phone required porting... he just did not seem to want to help with it... Continuing to say it may take an extended period of time, almost frustrated that I questioned his beligerent intent to preyon the local natives doing things that will create significant profit for themselves, and leaves us with a diluted, perhaps duplicated and limited form of cell phone service.I believe it to be derivative of the... of the AT&T Company, and brand being exported by all of these AT&T (Authorized Dealers, [insert something wireless).

Associate seemed disinterested in resolving my request (a different sim card) and had excuses as to why it wouldnt work. I went to the Allcom Store (AT&T by Sams Club) and they had it done in about 10 minutes.
