Needed help in shoes, but the one lady working shoes was stuck on register. While 4-5 ladies that work there were standing around gossiping with their finger up their butt not doing a dang thing.Managment needs to make some changes. Example of changes: Take the ones that are standing around with their thumbs up their butt, and make them work or fire them and get people that will work.Note to management: Do your job better or find a new one.

1 try not to go in these stores. I always get in trouble Today I had to kill time till the dealership finished my car. So i had to come in here. I did good. I got to 10.00 items for my granddaughter and grandson they took 2.50 off each item and I had a $5.00 cash back that was expiring yesterday that i didnt kniw i had. So i did great. Love the kids and baby section😊

I was looking for some high-top shoes for my daughter and found these adorable ones (not what she was wanting but they were very cute, and ON SALE! LoL) at Stage Store, located in the Lufkin mall, so I took a pic to show her since she wasnt with me at the time. It wasnt crowded in their store what so ever at the time of my visit which was about a 2:00pm on a Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they were having a buy one get one ½ off on the shoes. Unfortunately they didnt have much of a selection to choose from and we looked a few day earlier (before the sale started) and the selection was just as scarse at that time. I looked online and they had a bit larger selection however I want to touch, see, feel, hold, look at and try-on items before I purchase them (especially if its for the kiddos). The sales associates are always quick to offer help to order anything for you or help in any way that they can. The Stage store is located right in the center of the mall but to come just to the store theres only one entrance outside. There is great parking for those that require handicap parking and an easy entrance into the mall with double doors and even a ramp for wheelchair access. This store was remodeled within the last 1½-2yrs having all the carpet removed and having the floors tiled. Everything looks clean, open, neat and organized. There is plenty of parking for other quest as well with some close parking spaces to the Stage store entrance and then much space elsewhere for whatever you may be driving. This is one of the few stores in the mall that does provide a public restroom for him and her guest.

Its busy this close to Christmas, but the sales staff was extremely helpful in choosing gifts. They helped put some smiles on my face.
