The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional if I knew her name I would put it. I was a regular customer at this place but not anymore. I made a purchase of $20. The item I purchased didnt work and she states I cannot return or exchange it to her employee not one time did she look at me or address me. Then she proceeds to inform her employee that it states we dont return the item on it if you can read. My thing is that you have a sign on it that states that which means to me that youre selling products that you know are not working. Im sure its not legal to sell someone a product that you know dont work. I wouldnt have been so mad if it wasnt for the fact that it cost $15. Livid I want be returning as long as this management is there trust me. Did I mention I returned all my snacks and told them at least I can get something back as Im a regular here to be treated like this. The employee apologize however the manager just sat in her chair in the office glazing at me and said absolutely nothing. I have called to report her due to this being the worst customer service I have experienced.

Young woman at the counter was so amazingly helpful in helping me choose an alternative tobacco product. Ill come back just for that. Thank you
