Excellent customer service! With the new appointment system I don’t have to wait for someone to be available to help me, I just book an appointment and am seen. The employees are very knowledgeable and happy to help with any needs you may have.
I had a pleasant experience. I went in to look around to get some ideas for Christmas. A lady quickly greeted me. She was very helpful showing me a bracelet and some earrings I was interested in. Thank you for your time, and patience with this old lady.

Due to Covid this location has been closed until recently. I was told whenever the location opened to just come in for my inspections. So I did. Only to be informed “Did you make an appointment?” To which I told them no I didn’t know I needed one. (There’s no one else in the store other than workers...) “we started the appointment process yesterday, we can’t help you today because we require you to have an appointment.” So I logged online made the appointment for Friday and showed the lady I had a confirmed appointment time. Nowhere on the outside of the store does it say they require an appointment, and I was not informed that I needed one when I card to verify they were open an HOUR before I got there... I live an hour away. I took off work early to take care of my business. I understand there are new rules but when there is NOONE else in the store that needs help, and all I need is an inspection, heaven forbid someone help me today ...absolutely ridiculous!
The women in this store are rude not listed on website that store is closed for lunch then when they do open one runs to back like its not customers waiting to come in store will not come back in here

Over-priced, at least on lower quality (simulated) jewelry.
Takes forever to get anything back you ordered. They give you a date and than they make the date longer. Called 16 times and they never answered there phone. Yes, they was open, and very unprofessional. Wont be doing business with them anymore after having $600 on the line.
