Terrible customer service. Does not honor warranty there equipment. Highly overpriced and incompetent

Great experience. All employees were knowledgeable abouts products. Salesmen were helpful but not crowding us as we made our purchase decisions. Highly recommend this dealership. We will purchase other products in the future.

This is the place to go for all your John Deere parts. Cheaper than the web & great service, because the parts fit! They have 2 guys on parts named Bryant. When you call out you dont know which youll get. Thats o.k.. Theyre both great.

Horrible dealership they will not call you back there service department did not answer one call that iv made in a week out of 8. No one could tell me one thing that was goin on with my tractor or when it would be fixed or even bother to tell me they where unsure . I had every intention of buying a much large 75 hp with cutter this next week no way now. In the last year my family had spent well over 100k with Nacogdoches store but know we will be going to Jarvis farm eqpt across the street . The manger stated he is doin inventory and many other things and is sorry there is to much on his plate. This call to me was after I made a butt while pulling out without my tractor . Will not use this company again

Were very helpful and nice. Ordered the part and told us we have a great John Deere lawn tractor, which we knew because it is 25 years old.
