I want to take this opportunity to tell everyone about our beautiful new swimming pool. It is absolutely gorgeous! Just as important to us was the timeliness that you started and completed the work. We have an impatient 12 year old in our home (as well as an impatient 48 year old) who couldnt wait to take that first dip in the pool. And The Pool Store delivered ahead of schedule! Under-promising and over-delivering is indeed rare in my experiences with contractors!Our family looks forward to many years of enjoyment with our new pool and waterfall. My husband and I purchased a true salt pool a couple of years ago.. We have had trouble since day one it took 3 times to get the pool put up correctly the first liner had a hole in it about August finally got it right they came and put the cover on it the first winter and it worked fine summer of 2015 I was tied up with my husband who was dying of pancreatic cancer. They came and shut the pool down for me and the top stayed on until Thanksgiving then it came off I called and they came and put it back on then it came off again and would never come back. Always a excuse blaming me for either not keeping enough water on it or to much on it. I had them to come open the pool in May and it has not worked all summer the thing that converts to chlorine does not work and the bottom drain can not be shut on and off. I am frustrated yes I owe for the winterizing but I am on a limited income and will get it paid. I have had the run around all summer. People really do take advantage of a widow. Not very happy. Was warned to stay away. Guess I will take up the 300 I owe and maybe they will come do the warranty work if it is now not out of warranty. Very frustrated when you have. 10,000.00 pool😤

We brought are pool a few years back, had nothing but trouble has wrinkles everywhere, couldnt get no one out to fix and then last year I called for several months to have a leak fixed they sent someone out, after several calls and its still leaking where they put the patch. Probably because they put the patch on one of the many wrinkles. VERY DISSATISFIED! Dose not do no good to call nothing gets done.

I bought an inground pool on April 7th. It is July 7th and STILL NOT DONE!!!NO COMMUNICATION!!!! THINK HARD BEFORE YOU USE THEM. WONT RETURN CALLS, TEXTS, OR EMAILS. Have a pool of water sitting in undone pool for 3 months with mosquitos all over, danger of West NIle. Was told it would be ready, maybe by Memorial day, for sure by 4th of July, Ya, right,

Fast friendly service my pool looks great!

Went in to purchase a new pump and filter system for pool. Pump was over priced and so I just ordered the filter and purchased pump online. When filter arrived it was a top mount not a side mount which I had been led to believe I was purchasing(believed this because they gave me a brochure showing a side mount with the written estimate that only had a part number on it) when I called and spoke to owner he basically called me a liar and stated that this did not happen...A few weeks have gone by and I take the weekend off work to hook up the new system and clean out the pool. I get everything hooked up and realize Im missing a part on the filter head. I call the store and because of Easter weekend there is only a finance manager there (which I understand)...after explaining what I need he cant find one in the store but there is on on their display models outside. This part simply screws out but he cant do that without permission (once again understandably) However he says he cant contact anyone by phone to ask this simple question.......So if the store burns down you cant call anyone???? Losing customers, Same Thing...? ......This store will talk the talk folks...but they dont know much about customer service....

Built us a fiberglass pool at our home in Woodville, there were some delays, but great communication and we LOVE our pool.The Pool Store ROCKS!!
