The ice cream is spot on. The server was on point. I was expecting either Hot Fudge, or Hot Caramel to blend the sundae but there was nothing hot. Its to bad I would have enjoyed it more

Place is closed,I think the manager might be the problem,they claim they cant find help due to COVID-19,anyone knows you have to be able to adapt and overcome obstacles in business.Hope they get it straightened out missing the product

The lady at drive thru was very rude, I placed me and my sons order and she made mine wrong twice and I didnt understand why if she took my order when I asked her what was wrong she said Im busy... I was like wow I just need my money back and then said she would make it for a third time and I said no its okay your too busy and you need to work on your customer service skills because Im a paying customer and I asked for the manager but claimed she couldnt give me that info. I go the frequently but I wont go back if that lady is working....

I love this place. If you get ice cream there defiantly recommend getting it on the waffle cone. You can tell that it was freshly made and it’s amazing. The only problem I have with this place is that it’s a little pricey.

Very dissatisfied. My wife came home upset because she was refused service for not wearing a mask even though she stated she has a medical condition. She said the girl was rude to her even though another customer was inside not wearing a mask.

I was here a few days ago with my husband, and while the girl working seemed very nice, there was another woman who I assumed to be the manager. She seemed very agitated and had made the girl working cry.. seems like a very rude woman. My ice cream was great, but I feel so bad for anyone who works with that woman.

We went to Marble Slab, I ordered a small vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone. The girl started to make my ice cream and I noticed she put a large amount of ice cream on the slab, I waited for her to mix in the sprinkles I asked for and said is that a small? She said very rudely we don’t have small when you order a waffle cone. It would have been nice to know that when I first placed my order. Instead I got WAY more ice cream than I could eat and they are getting this review. I will not be returning here anytime soon as the service way not good. A little friendliness goes along way!!!

I dont how this establishment has 4 stars...It seems like every single time we come here there is a problem. Dont come here at 9:45 p.m. expecting to get ice cream because they go by the time on their computer which is apparently not the time we actually live in. Secondly, they take their ice cream out of the blast freezer when they actually run out of ice cream, not a while before to let it thaw out. It would seem like common sense to do so. The customer service is also terrible! Dont waste your time or money on this overpriced ice cream!

The staff was rude and disrespectful. They werent even busy or closing. For the price this location would definitely not be a choice decision to partake in. The one in Nac is nicer, cleaner and much MUCH kinder and well worth the drive in comparison. We will not be going back.

I used to go to the old location but I recently found out that it reopened at a new location with a new owner. The prices are cheaper then the other stores in Houston and the service is great. Robin helped me when I was there. She let me taste many of the flavors before buying. She spent a great deal of time with me even though there was a line behind me. I highly recommend the banana split. Great service and I will be back soon to pick up my cake that I ordered!!!

The ice cream was great! The server was nice but the building needs a decorator. Bare minimum interior and on the day I went they did not have any cones of any kind. You could only get a cup. Looks like this business is struggling.

I keep coming back because of the flavor options, however, I am getting rather fed up with them not being open when their posted times say they should be open. This is the third time I have been here after 11 and they are closed, they should be open by 10.

Ice cream was good. That was the best part. There were bugs crawling on the counter. They actually crawled across the receipt when the cashier had me sign. $14 for my daughter and I. Didnt have half the flavors shown on the menu. Probably not going back.

Just pulled in and open sign on parking they turn all the lights off. Like there hiding and its 10pm close at 11pm. What a great place see if we return!

I don’t understand how this company could even receive a single star rating. The customer service is terrible, the manager is very rude to her employees. Went one day with my child to find an employee crying because of the manager telling her she doesn’t do her job good enough. Feel very bad for the employees and will also not be going back.

Service was very bad. Two girls were working the night of Saturday 12/7/19. Probably the worst service I have gotten in lufkin. I wont be going back based on that. I deal with customer service on a daily basis & have never seen such poor performance.

So when leaving best buy we saw the OPEN sign on the marble slab place and the family was like, ice cream! so, we went over there to indulge in some treats, get out and find out theyre closed... 2 dirty looks and a ride woman came to the door to tell me theyre closed. I responded with, your 2 signs on each side of your building says OPEN... she said, sorry, is what it is, were closed. anyways, I wont be tricked again. 3 stars because its good, but sometimes ppl hate their jobs and lean bad impressions.

The ice cream was great as always! The service was just a little different tonight. I took my mom out for some icecream and we arrived around 9:30. The lady in front of us was told that she couldnt have anything mixed in since it was so late but they could add it on top, she seemed upset but was fine with it. Now it was my moms turn to order and she picked her favorite icecream and the lady handed her the cone after without the choice of adding the topping. When we asked if we could get a topping, she replied we cant take anything back that crosses the counter. I reminded her that she never asked if we wanted a topping at all, then she took hesitantly took it back and added the toppings my mother wanted. Meanwhile the other worker rushes to the back laughing. Ill be back because my family loves the icecream but i wish there was some sort of professionalism at this location.

Small inside which is kinda of disappointing. Staff didnt seem to care they had very expired cherries and after i pointed out they just put back in the fridge.

Theyve got great icecream

This place is ok but they dont open when they are supposed to and they cant listen for the cakes. Ordered a cake and it was wrong and missing some of the mix in ingredients. Had to have them redo the outside and they gave us attitude when they were the ones who got the cake wrong. Wont go back due to their attitude.
