The moment I walked into their doors, I was enveloped with a friendly attitude. I felt nervous about purchasing a new home. Dan made me feel comfortable about the whole situation.When we walked into the first home, he explained to me why their homes are a little more costly than most. Their homes contain quality materials, such as thicker walls and sturdier floors, compared to competitors.During the second home, Dan even gave me tips on what to lookout for when dealing with other companies.Overall, I highly recommend Solitaire homes for new and current home buyers. Dan is a great salesman and overall good human being!

I wish there were an option for zero stars. “Dan the Man” walked about 5 yards in front of me the ENTIRE time. During our walk through the first home he gave some information on the home.I suppose I offended him by wanting to look through the home while he was talking about it. Excuse me for being more interested in the closet than the windows.Then we went to the second home and he didn’t say a word. We looked around. My mom made a comment about how hot it was and not understanding why there wasn’t A/C in the homes during the Texas summer heat. His response to her was “They’ve got it across the street.” (I wish I had heard this as the buyer because I would have made a response back.)By the third home he literally unlocked it and let us in turned the lock behind and walked out. He stood outside of the home until we came out of it and then he left immediately and went inside the office without saying a single word.My mother left a review on their Facebook page and within two hours the page had removed all reviews. I hope they don’t have the ability to remove this review.I do believe that solitaires are well built homes. If I decide to go with one of their homes I WILL NOT buy in Lufkin. Such behavior from a salesman, no human being, is unacceptable. I do not recommend them.I would recommend Clayton homes, every salesperson at Clayton homes was extremely friendly and informative. -Even with comments about the heat and a buyer who wanted to look at everything while he was informing of the home.

I have worked with Solitaire on a number of occasions and have always found them to be extremely courteous and professional, the entire team take time to listen. I highly recommend Solitaire.

Our experience at solitaire homes was absolutely perfect. We came in wanting to get more information about a home and we left with plans for our home. We left knowledgeable about the mobile home industry and what to look for when shopping.

James is an extremely rude person! I told him i didnt have any money down and looking for a certain priced home and he cut me off and told me they couldnt help me. Regardless of what I said about no money down, he shouldve remained a tasteful sales person. I have cash for a home... But I aint telling no one that... I want to find the best home for my family first. Then Ill tell a sales person what I really have. James, u should work in a bar or be a drug dealer, where your nasty attitude is somewhat appreciated. Youre in the wrong line of work, my man. And the lady answering the phone, dont apologize for people like that. I hope you dont work for him, because your job is gonna be real stressful trying to calm customers so you can remain on the pay roll. And thanks for your customer courtesy. Im sorry for lashing out at you.

Great homes high resell value

Drove all the way from Orange. Absolutely horrible rude salesman. I like to look at all of the homes .You actually had to tell him exactly what you wanted. Hello, this may just be a woman thing, but I know what I like when I see it. He only showed us 3 homes. We were then told to have a nice day. Evidently they dont need to make a sale, and dont care about customer service. I wouldnt buy any thing from them if they were the last homes TEXAS. I would pitch a tent underneath a pine tree first!! And, I dont camp.

Quality, quality, quality! We have a Solitaire home we bought many years ago, and it is in just as good shape as it was then. These are NOT your normal mobile homes.

Called and spoke with a salesman, Gary. We live over 75 miles away, so I just wanted prices of the online floorplans. He was not wanting to give me prices over the phone. I explained I lived quite a distance and wanted to get prices of their floorplans they have online. He wanted to know what I was comparing them to. I told him, Im not comparing prices I just wanted prices of their floorplans. He finally asked which floorplan and gave me a ballpark figure. Oh my goodness! Why did he have to make it so difficult? In the long run, prices well exceeded my expectations. I will not do business with them.

I bought a 1999 home from the Lufkin lot and all they did was lie to me. They rigged the things they said that they was going to fix and also never did what they agreed to do. I called corprate 5 times and got nowhere with them. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. Im on disability and they knew it and took advantage of me. Im out so much money on repairing what they should have fixed.
