If I where you Id avoid going to this shop. They dont properly rotate your tires all they do is move the front straight to the rear and the rear straight to the front instead of the proper rotation where the non drive tire is supposed to be crossed to the opposite drive wheel. They mark their oil changes for full synthetic oil at only 3000 to 5000 miles instead of the 7500 miles. Was very unsatisfied with the whole service

I chose this place due to the reviews on Google. I had some new tires shipped here from an online tire store, and this location was listed as one of their preferred locations. I set my appointment for early morning drop off. The morning of, I walk in, they cant find the tires. I called the day before to make sure they were there. After looking around the shop they finally locate them. I give them my key ask about a free alignment check which is pretty standard especially at other shops like Goodyear. The guy behind the counter says that will be 80$. I asked again just to make sure he understood what I was asking for, an alignment check, and not an actual alignment, he then states that the check is 40$ and the actual alignment is another 40$ or 80$ all together, which if I wasnt paying attention to what he said would have cost me 80$. I told him Goodyear will do the check for free with a new install. Mind you these tires already cost around $1600, so I just wanted to make sure the alignment was good. Its a new truck so I wasnt really concerned about it. Instead the guy behind the counter states, take it to Goodyear then. I asked them to refund my install price and I will. He said he can not do that and to talk to the online dealer is the only way that will happen. So basically this is just a nickel and dime shop. Its sad too. I wasnt asking for anything free, just check my alignment so I dont have to worry about the new tires going on and if it were bad I would gladly pay to have it fixed and if not, then Im on my way with my new tires they would have gained a customer for life seeing as this place is right down the road. Instead the horrible customer service and the nickel and dime treatment was enough to make sure I do not return here and Ill share that with anyone I know as well. The Goodyear store in Beaumont will install your tires, check your alignment, and give you a 3 page report on your front end. Please consider going there over this place. This is a rag tag shop where you will manage to get tires installed, but they will try to get any money out of you that they can. I have to believe that most of the reviews on here in regards to them are either fake or just people the know talking them up. Do yourself a favor and go to an established location. Even the other shop in Lumberton is way better than this place. To top it off, when I picked up my truck, its setting outside the shop with the windows down, key in the ignition, seats laid back like someone was sleeping in it. Walk in to check if anything is needed before I leave, no receipt given no break down on the installation, no communication at all. Got in my truck and left. Please do not use this place.

Terrible customer service. If there was a 0 star rating i would give it. Save yourself some frustration and go to any of the other decent shops in the area. They tried to charge my girlfriend to take her spare out of her trunk and put it on the car when she didnt have enough money to have a flat repaired. I have worked in shops and dealerships for over 5 years and I can tell you that this something that is never charged for in any other shops and that is a verifiable fact. Definitely seams pretty shady to me. As far as Im concerned the guy behind the counter was just being lazy and didnt want to deal with it or thought maybe he could pocket the money. Either way its common custom in the automotive industry to help out women and elderly. Lakeway apparently doesnt have time for that. Also dont even think about ordering tires from here. I was attempting to price a set of tires not long ago, so I called lakeway tire, a guy named Brandon answered. I gave him the size I was looking for and expected there to be a moment where he searched his computer database for available tires. Instead Brandon immediately responds with man I cant get anything like that. As if he has the entire list of tire sizes available to order memorized. Once again it seams like these guys simply dont want to work. I dont blame them, they probably get paid salary or hourly and have no reason to actually work for their money.

I had a flat tire the other night. Another tire dealer had crossthreaded one of the lug nuts. I had to break it to get the tire off. I had to replace it as well as get the tire fix. This dealer got right on the job. The valve stim was bad and they replace the lug that was broken. It took them less than 30 minutes. They put the tire back on the car and put the spare back where it belonged. I did not even have to ask them.

Had a flat 2 miles from this store and i didnt have a socket to take the lug nuts off my 4500 gmc to change the tire! I asked if they had a new one and they didnt so asked if they would bring a socket or big tire tool to remove lugs so it could be changed! They replied they didnt have rt size socket which i know that was some BS! But Evadale tire sent there rd side service over w a new tire and changed it! Thanks Evadale tire!

Lakeway Tire is full of crooks. With Wyatt, the general manager, as the ring leader. His trick is to charge you for work you did not want to have done and, there is no way of knowing if they even did it or not. We agreed on a price before the work and after the price was nearly double. I would choose some where else if I were you.
