When you take your car, to top notch to get one thing fixed, they will find a nother problem, order the part with out consulting you, fix that and charge you, no courtesy call to see if you can or cant afford to pay, and my car still havent been fixed right, one thing for sure their not the only mechanic shop on the planet, now top that.

Thank goodness, I got the job done by professionals that was referred by my favorite parts store NAPA AUTO.

We were traveling from Virginia back to Florida and my Father SUV ended up with a heavy oil leak off of I-95 in North Carolina. The leak delayed us to spend a day to lookup an auto shop. I found Top Notch and gave them a shot the next day and they did a great job fixing my father SUV, it was done so rapidly that we left the same day they fixed it. I’m grateful to Freddie and his crew for taking care of us...

So I call to have a few questions answered and I run down my issues to the guy didn’t get his name, but he tells me, “I’m not interested!” blew my mind because I only had a question about my AC unit and says he have nobody that could look into the problem. I would recommend that they change their name from Top Notch because you can’t fix a AC problem. They should be called Limited Repair. I couldn’t say nothing but WOW!!!!

Honestly this review can go either way. I broke down on the highway when my rear end gave out in my Sierra truck. It was right at closing time so they had to look at it the following day. I was told first off that I needed a new axel as mine was not repairable and they were calling the junk yards to see if they could find one. After calling them SEVERAL times I was finally told that hay we were able to get the race in place. There seemed to be a lot of confusion and diflection as to the exact state of the repairs on my vehicle. That said, the guys at this shop dropped whatever it was that they were doing to fit my truck repair right into their schedule. All said and done, if I was a local I would definitely bring my vehicle back to them in the future. So far the rebuild rear end had held up amazingly. Got me to my destination and back home where I could really test the rebuild and it seems to be holding well under stress.

Broke down on 95 driving from MD to Savannah GA.The tow company on their business card was fast and friendly. He towed our minivan to the shop, then He even went the extra mile and gave my family a ride to hotel because it was After shops normal business hours. As for the shop itself Freddie and Larry are the two I dealt with and very quick, I had my estimate for my full fix (Transmission issues) in less than 3 hours after they opened Monday morning. Had I given them the green light They would of had It all wrapped up in a week (including the 3 days to get the trans from South Carolina to his shop!) Now thats good service!A+++

I never would’ve thought that one single small part could wreak such havoc on my truck. I called these guys after googling them to get my bank 1 sensor replaced and expressed how I was trying adding through and in a hurry to get back on the road. They quoted me a price over the phone and even though it took some extra work they stuck to the price. Thanks for your honesty and expedited service guys.

Top Notch is a great auto repair shop. Run by excellent people. If you have a problem with your vehicle they can fix it.

Ive been in the area for a few months now living out of a hotel for my job. I came here a couple times for troubles with my vehicle and everytime theyve been more than helpful and fair. The gentleman that work here are very caring and hard working people. Im glad to have done business with them and I would recommend them to anyone. If I decide to move down here with my company in the future, this will be my garage I go to permanently.

Best auto repair shop around. Terry and Freddy are the best. You can drop your vehicle off and theyre sure to find the problem. Theyll call you with an estimate, to allow you to say no, before fixing your problem. Their prices are always fair. You also can wait in their waiting room if youd prefer. My wife and I take all our vehicles there.

These are some great people to deal with. Just all around good people. Also do good work.

Top Notch? Hardly. I called and asked about my problem and the man on the other line stated “I don’t think I’m interested in your problem” I was pretty floored. Lol. Maybe these folks need to take a customer service class or two but know that this is the kind of person that’s gonna be working on your car.

I love Top Notch Auto Repair! Ive come to them a few times already with my vehicle and Ive been pleased each time. I live 30 minutes away but the drive is worth it compared to what everyone near me charges. The prices are reasonable, the labor is done in a reasonable amount of time and the staff is very friendly! Id recommend this place to everyone.

Super nice guys… I was traveling through Lumberton today on my way to Florida when the alternator on my dodge ram pick up went out on me. I was in an unfamiliar town and looked these guys up Google maps. Got my truck over to them and explain my situation to them and they had me in and out in less than an hour and a half. Super reasonable, super service.

They told me they werent interested in working on my car!

Top notch is the terrible they had my vehicle for 5 weeks they never call you to communicate with you and after going to check on my vehicle my audio equipment was missing they never acted concerned never offered reimbursement TERRY in particular is a terrible liar I wouldnt recommend anyone to them and after receiving my vehicle after that length of time it was still half fixed.

I give these guys a 5 star rating because there work is the best
