First time customer and I will be returning! I hadnt even walked in the door and had already experienced awesome customer service!! I called to ask about their merchandise looking for something specific for my daughter and they literally found something with me just on the phone which turned out to be perfect! I walked in the store and they had my items waiting for me at the counter to have tried on and we loved it all!!I also love the $5 coupon I received on my receipt for my next purchase which I will be using! They have a great assortment of women and children clothing as well as shoes, toys, and accessories!!

This is by far my favorite quick stop for clothes shopping, mainly because they have a room set up for 0..99 vent clothes. They urge folks to bring in their gently used good quality clothing, footwear, and fashion accessories for consignment. They open an account for you and as your items sale, your account is credited. While this shop is mostly childrens items, toys, shoes, .... They do carry a full selection of womens clothing, accessories and foot wear. Their shirt section is color coordinated. I love that! Super friendly owner and staff. Store is always clean, very well organized, with 3 dressing areas but no public restroom.

Great place to find good quality bargains. I dont have to shop anywhere else for clothing with the exception of my husband. Name brand nice stuff including inexpensive boutique outfits. I also buy all my toddlers toys from there for a fraction of the cost. Love the owner and happy to support a local business.

STOLE my consignment sales proceeds! Claimed the system purged my account. I have my contract & acct number, which does not state any period of time at which the account would be purged. I also called the store to inquire about this, as I live out of town. Each time they said no problem, it will be here. They do not mail checks, you MUST pick up in person. I was told by the owner by phone the account would never close, and the money would sit in my account. She said as long as I had the account number I could pick it up. When I went in to pick up funds, the woman claimed my account was PURGED. What a racket! 😂 The owner is definitely very rude. She said, THEY purge the accounts after so many days. I asked who the owner was, and she said, I am. 😂 I said, Then who is THEY? 🤔 She said weve been doing it this way for a long time. Extremely rude and very dishonest and deceptive. I would never put a stitch of clothing with them ever again. You reap what you sow, owner. I sure wouldnt put my finances in jeopardy for $30.

Nice business with terrific finds for budget minded shoppers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kids clothes are like new (mostly) and well worth your time to visit. There are adult womens clothes, shoes, handbags and totes....also at great bargain prices. Well kept Lumberton secret? !

I love this shop. The staff is very friendly and there is always new clothing to check out. I shop for adult womens clothing. Its not just childrens items. It also feels good supporting local business owners. Shopping here keeps our money in our community.

Best consignment store around for kids clothes. Great quality items are sold here. Love their Wacky Wednesday Sales. Easy to be a consignment seller and get weekly text message sales and specials.

Absolutely love this resale shop!!!! I have been shopping and selling there since they first opened. The always have a good selection of really nice clothes and the prices are amazing!!!

Always clean. Packed tight with racks, but very organized. Their prices go down with time if item doesnt sell. Very nice.

Ive always loved their quality for value. I would have given 5 stars but they changed their policy on the coupons. I had a $5.00 coupon they said expired when there never used to be an expiration date. So, just a bit peeved now. Will shop there again.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Its under new management its very obvious they are super rude Ive been consigning and buying there for about 13 years and no longer am I going to at this point. The old lady reminds me of one of my previous bosses that had no soul or should I say spirit. You can experience it yourself but once youve experienced it youll know exactly why I wrote this stuff! This is my first review ever for anybody so for it to be this bad to post something like this publicly says a lot.

Brought in some clothes for consignment. When I brought In the clothes i let the owner know that whatever she didnt want to use could just be thrown out or donated whatever she wished to do and use what she could. These were nice clothes. I had actually sorted through them a d what was stained I tossed out. I am very familiar with resale and know what sells and what doesnt. The next time I came in I was asking if I had sold anything and had any money on my account. In front of EVERYONE in line the owner tells me that most of what I brought in was dirty and unusable. With an attitude and look of disgust. This was so embarrassing. Especially since I had told her If anything was not up to standard to toss it or whatever she needed to do. But I gave what I determined to be nice clothes. I didnt have alot of Walmart brand. She told me they dont sell that in the store. Thats fine with me I dont do alot of wal mart clothes shopping anyways. If you look through the store there are dollar store and wal mart brand clothing. This wasnt so bad I got over it. It was the fact that for the next 8 months or so every single time I would call the store and ask if I had any money on my account they would tell me how much when I would go to the store to receive the cash they wouldnt have it in the register. Anytime I was in lumberton and would just drop by to see if there was any money on my account they would say there was no money in the register. So I caught on. When I started calling I would ask how much was on my account then ask if they had any money in the register they would say they cant tell me if they had enough in the drawer. I did not pester by calling or dropping in often. It became so obnoxious that I quit going. I may still have money on my account. Its not even worth the trouble. The owner always had an attitude. I dont post negative reviews often but this establishment needs to be more clear about not wanting to give you cash for your part of the consignment and tell you upfront they want you to spend it all back in the store. The way she does it is shady.

Shopped here a few times. Very unprofessional staff. When asked for help theyre very rude and seem as if they dont want to be bothered. A lot of their clothes are very worn and just dont seem worth the prices theyre selling them at. Definitely WONT be coming back to this shop.
