I 100% recommend this location over the Cross Creek mall location in Fayettville. The customer service is excellent here. We have been to many Kay Jewelers around the US and I will continue to go to this location as long as we are stationed here as they have been so great to us.

This staff here in Lumberton, NC is very very helpful and knowledgeable. The employees are GREAT and super friendly. They answered all the questions I had and made me feel comfortable. I will DEFINITELY be doing all of my jewelry shopping here, I had a great experience!!!

Customer service is not good! Ask for license without first telling customer why it is needed. Went in to pickup jewelry that was sent from another store, already had the jewelry. Clerk wanted my copy although she had the original. I told her that I picked up jewelry many times, but the yellow copy was for my records. Clerk was very rude. I will never do business with Kays.

Item was purchased from Lumberton NC (Kay Jewelers) in December as a Christmas gift. The merchandise was passed off as compatible to Pandora, the quality is a true knock-off version. The glass charm fell a part. Do not buy charms from this location, as a matter of fact, Id be careful when making any purchase because staff will misrepresent items to ensure sale goals are met. The manager stated, your item is six months old and you dont have a receipt. We sell items comparable to Pandora. My response, NO YOU DO NOT...Pandora last for years, your merchandise couldnt hold up for six months. If the merchandise had been represented properly this message would not have been posted nor necessary.

Paid $17 and some change to get watch links taken out. Nice atmosphere and very clean. Nice jewelery just a little high priced!!
