I bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot in February of 2018. The Jeep was consistently overheating. I brought it back 3 times & each time they lied to me, said they found nothing. So, I realized I was getting nowhere with these con artists & brought my Jeep to Tom’s Auto. Tom’s mechanics found a massive crack in the engine. Cost me 2,800$ to replace the engine. These people at Daewoo are con artist charlatans. They take advantage of people with credit issues, giving people usurious interest loans. They’re no good. I recommend buying a tricycle before buying a vehicle from Daewoo. In response to the owner - it happened in the fall of 2018. Be happy to show you the receipt. You’re a crook
I am NOT HAPPYThis place breaks the MA Lemon Law without a doubt. I have had more than a few issues with the Dodge Ram 1500 I bought a month and a half ago. I paid my deposit, signed the title, they had sent it to the shop to have a caliper replaced (I replaced the same one a week after having the truck home) furthermore I got the call saying the truck was ready to be picked up and I found 2 scratches left on the rear quarter panel no one decided to tell me about. And just the other day I started having issues with the transmission linkage and I have only put 150 miles on the truck.In response to owners reply:He never sent me any photo of any scratch I was the one who sent the photo. And I would’ve happily had the dealer do the mechanic work had they answered their phones

No it was not 3 1/2 years later, the issue with the engine started IMMEDIATELY, it was brought to you guys 3 times over a few months because we purchased your warranty and we were told there was nothing wrong. Then we brought it to reputable shop who told us the engine was cracked, engine was replaced 8 months after we got the car from you con artists. We have the receipts to back this us.

I have had an issue with this company from the very beginning. My husband and I have spoken with them multiple times and we’ve taken time out of our day to drive to their dealership too many times to count. It’s always something. “Oh it’s your tires, leave it here and we’ll get them checked out” it wasn’t my tires and they knew that. More than twice when we called to complain about the suv we were told “drive it until a check engine light comes on.” Now my suv is in the shop. And guess what? It’s going to cost $2,500 to fix everything that’s wrong with it. And let me tell you there’s a lot wrong with it. Doesn’t make sense, the car is 3 years old. We bought this car in March of 2020 and we’ve given them many chances to fix this before it got worse. Please do not get your car here. They took advantage of us having bad credit and overcharged us for a car that is literally draining me. First with the ridiculous car payment amount every month and now this horrendous bill! Thanks a lot!

We went there after reading all the good reviews. I would recommend going elsewhere. After numerous messages we finally got a response telling us they can’t help us. Which is fine however we were told they would contact us the next day. 5 days later finally got someone to answer our message. Not good customer service at all.

Go anywhere else but to this dealership to get a car. My boyfriend bought his car there and they sold him a $3000 warranty. While having problems later on, he calls the owner and the warranty he bought “doesn’t cover his car”. Yet, they had no problem taking his money knowing it didn’t cover his car. Now, his motor is shot and the owner is ghosting him . Friday will be a week since it happened and he has yet to pick up the car and begin repairs. This place is a JOKE! They don’t care about their customers at all just the money.

Got a car from here 10 months after having it, it went to the mechanic for about almost 3 months because the transmission went . Not to mention days after having it I had to take it back for a cracked battery. Ive spent almost $4,000 in repairs. Which shouldnt happen in the short time in having the car. I also tried contacting someone at the dealer and got no response. Im unhappy and currently looking into options on what I can do so this doesnt happen to anyone else.

I called to receive information about a Jeep Wrangler they had, the lady was extremely rude and didnt take me seriously because Im a teen. Definitely takes advantage of new buyers! I know my prices on jeeps, this lady was completely out of the ball park.
Worse place to spend my hard earned money!!!!! Only have had vehicle for 7 months and already spent 1000 fixing non extended warranty issues!!! Quotes were always lower than actual bill, and when questioned about misdiagnosing I was told to take my business elsewhere. I have told everyone I know looking for vehicles to STAY AWAY from Daewoo!!!!!!
Pulled in because I saw a used Kia Sorento that would be perfect for my father. Since he travels a lot, I figured Id take a look and see what it was all about. 71k miles, super clean inside and out. Price was a little high, but after some intense negotiating got Ray to knock the price down to where my Dad and I were both comfortable. Offered more than Blue Book for the trade, put 2 new tires on it, and even offered to do the paperwork for my father (again, he travels internationally and has 5 kids, it would be hard for him to get to the DMV)It seems a lot of these negative reviews on here expect car salesman to bend over backwards and go above and beyond to fix even the tiniest issues; people, these are CARS and this is a BUSINESS. They have to make money. We believed the deal was fair, we were treated with respect, and highly recommend Ray, Vic and the rest of the staff here at Daewoo North. 1 star review without an explanation? Ignore them. Give this place a shot. Definitely would go back.
I dont recommend anyone going here. They act like theyre helping you and giving you good deals, but its nothing but lies. I was in need of a car a few years ago for work and they led me to believe the car was great. A week after getting it, the check engine light comes on and one cold morning it takes time to start the thing. I took it to the manager and he said hed get it repaired. After being so called repaired, it had issues again. The mechanic he was using was just awful and even forgot to properly put on my tires. After a third attempt, and still not having a new inspection sticker, they fixed it again and somehow the car passes just in time for a month to be up and they no longer want to help. They over price and take advantage of people, so they dont have to put up with certain cars in their lot anymore. Youd be better off avoiding them.

Ok I want to share experience I had with a local dealership. Iv been doing business with these people for almost 17 yrs bought nearly a dozen cars from them, Im going to give a short version of this as its lengthy. So back in Oct I bought a 07 gmc Sierra, truck looked great, as I was filling out paper work I asked them why was the price so high on a old truck? They pointed out the taxable number said that was what my truck was worth the rest was warranty and sales tax. The over all price was 16000. With in 30 days I started having minor issues. Fast forward to jan and I was washing the truck and had my cab corner completely blown out do to body rot, I discovered at that point they did a bunch of spray foam to cover up the fact the truck wss rotted out. So I go bk to dealership and tell them this is unacceptable I dont want the truck. They convince me to let them fix it. 2.5 months later I bring truck in. They had my truck for 3 weeks when I got it back my motor had a rapping on the top of motor (which was not there before) bring it back down to dealership cuz I also discovered that the body work was not done 100 percent as my floor has holes in it. Fight with them for another month. In that time I sit ray the owner down and say look we are both business men I dont hire a lawyer or take to social media if you get me out if that truck. As I tryed to trade in at another place found out my truck was only worth 3k. Yup thats rite i was lied to about what my truck was worth so we came up with the arrangement he would fix motor and get me out of that truck with no loss on my end. (This is in April by the way) so for the next 45 days I was strung along till I finally went down there and didnt leave till I had a date to fix my truck 6/4/18 they have my truck two days I get it bk and truck still misfiring. At this point Im being ignored by the owner. So I hired a attorney. Had a conference call where they were given two weeks to find a truck or we would file. Thursday will be there two weeks I have messaged ray 4 times with no response. So far I have almost 3k in repairs ( with a warranty I spent 2k on) cant use it anywhere but there. Truck has rot on frame as well as my floor. The dealership did what ever they could to hide the problem even sprayed under truck with rino lining. Im currently ramping up my efforts to get there attention and ask you all to share my story. I have alot more issues with truck and will answer people to the best of my ability. SO PLEASE SPREAD THE NEWS DEAWOO NORTH IN FITCHBURG. THANKS EVERYONE. This post was posted weeks ago on social media and was read by the owner instead of trying to resolve issue I have heard nothing so now taking steps to further spread the word. Will update when I have heard something.
Rude sexist I bought a car from here a few months ago they pretend to help you when in reality they are just in it for the money. The bank they used to get my fiancé and I a loan is complete crap and just harass us and try and get more money out of us, I asked for the car to be in my fiances name since it would be cheaper, they ignored me and put on mine also, every time I asked something they would act like I was stupid but my fiancé would ask the same question and they treated him with the upmost respect.... . I asked for a Honda and they just flat out said no, then stuck me with a Kia but We were desperate.... it has been nothing but trouble the car is just a money pit and they will fix it aka just crappy fixes to fill up time until warranty is up .... never going here again ... i am now a car dealer (at the time I was just a teen) and I would NEVER treat my customers like they did...
