Pretty big for a GameStop. Professional service, great selection, clean store, and well lit. Definitely the GameStop others should emulate.

The staff are friendly and helpful, but their stock is of questionable quality. A few months ago I bought a popular game on release day at this location, but they only had a display copy so I had to remove the price sticker from the package later. Not a huge deal, but I certainly wasnt happy about it, especially with how much of a trek it is to even get there...

Stock went up 1000%...I said 1000%....hmmmm🤔

GameStop has always been the place to get the greatest games. They also have a great knowledge on any new games coming out or any thing about consoles, new collectables, or just casual conversation. Hands down best GameStop to go to.

The 18 year old loves it.. can over pay for games and such PLUS you can sell your stuff for pennies on the dollar... Im mixing my review with his 5 stars to give this

This gamestops awful, help swearing like sailors around kids talking like theyre in South Central. Place is clean at least condition of most used games is poor and often not inspected. This location also does not apply the Pro membership discount. Avoid this location like the plague and go to Westford instead. MUCH better run store there.

Solid gamer store and the staff here is consistently helpful and are true gamer nerds which is great.

Very nice employees. They were very knowledgeable about what they had . They answered any questions you could have . I highly recommend especially for gifts . They have a good selection of gaming systems. They also have pop figures. They have action figures and collectables from films and games . You can get xbox live here as well.

The woman working here with purple/blue colored hair was very rude. A friend and I walked into her and another worker redoing the ceiling tiles and games were all over the floor. I proceeded to ask if everything was alright and if we should come later as it looked like they were doing work on the place. She responds we are ALWAYS doing work. And rolled her eyes at us. I then asked if it was okay if we browsed but she stared at me gesturing they were busy on the ceiling and to leave, but she continued saying they were open with a huge attitude? Ive never had such a bad expirience with customer service before because im a working college student and understand its a pain sometimes. Ive never even left a review before but wow. Really ruined my shopping expirience.

Ive always had good luck with this place until tonight. The employee at the counter was extremely rude, talking to me like I was some kind of idiot for not bringing the case of the game I wanted up to the counter. I was asking about the price difference between the new and used version of a game and he gave me short, rude answers. I commented on his terrible service to which he replied Ive been in customer service since before you were born . I recommend going here during the day, seeing as this miserable excuse for a human works at night.

Solid store. Theyve moved heavily toward physical merchandize and dont have much of a selection for used consoles, especially handhelds.
