The speaker box that you order at was broken. The car in front of me left without being served. I sat at the window staring in for about 5 minutes. There was a girl inside doing a lot of nothing, we made eye contact but she did not rush over to take my order. Eventually she made her way to the window to take my order.....The customer service number posted on the drive-thru window is not a correctly working number. So thats pointless to try...

This is the most amazing coffee place on the planet. They have so many different ones to choose from. The food is also amazing and the customer service is wonderful. I wish i could give it a 10 star rating.

I only gave it five stars because that’s the most it allows but I would give it 100+. The crew that is there is amazing so friendly and always cheerful and smiling and the place is always clean. This is my spot and if I move I will travel to get my chai tea from THIS dippin donuts.👌❤️❤️❤️😁👌

Fast service and great donuts/coffee and the sausage egg and cheese croissant was great. Would recommend over a run of the mill Dunkin per say.

Service was bad, the female employee seemed stressed and annoyed to have to wait on customers. My wife’s coffee order was wrong, asked for a latte, got an iced one instead. My sandwich was horrible, the egg/cheese or whatever substance they tried to pass it off as was torched and tasted like cleaning fluid while the croissant wasn’t even toasted.

Absolutely horrible. Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes for two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches. We got bacon egg and cheese and sausage egg and cheese on bagels. The bagels were not toasted. And when we ate the sandwiches there was a surprise crunchy factor! That would be eggshells throughout both our sandwiches. Disgusting.Called the shop a couple different times and askdd for a manager and there was never a manager on duty, no one offered to take a message. I think the next call might be the board of health.

Great Place to Stop! Great Donuts! I have never had Coffee here so cant rate it. When I am in Town I stop.

20 minutes for drive thru, bagels not toasted and was full of eggshells .I threw it away shant return. Horrible sandwiches.

Service sucks I sat at the drive up for 20 minutes and they still hadnt even started making my sandwich clean up your act or get out of Lunenburg. I will not waste my time on your business. Since the new owners/management took over the the place has gone down the tubes.

The speaker was broken at the drive through, our coffees werent filled, the english muffins we ordered were barely warmed and didnt even melt the cheese on my sandwich. Also we werent even sure if the guy that took our food order even really worked there, he seemed fairly confused. Maybe it was his first day.... next time Ill make sure I dont drive by the lunenberg street location.

My coffee and sandwich today were very good. Im excited that they carry onion bagels, as dunkins no longer does. I might be switching to Dippin Donuts for my regular stop each day.

10/10 would not reccomend messed up 2/3 coffees 1/3 sandwiches and the sandwiches were all cold like they had been put in the microwave for 10secs waited 20mins at the window for our order to be wrong
