Horrible incompetent shady people in the pharmacy and customer service been coming here since they opened will never come back again labor shortage cant get decent human beings to work especially managers in pharmacy lost medication and everyone tried to cover it up the rx manager should be fired joe barone horrible

The RX manager is incompetent. Always understaffed and keeping people waiting. Instead of customer service it’s just customer inconvenience. I just had surgery and they say 20 more minutes for script. It’s totally swamped behind the counter. Incompetence. Tonya Cassidy should just do what she’s capable of which is asking people if they want fries with their order.

I dont think any employees work here. I just do the self checkout. It is mildly humorous to me seeing exasperated customers in the checkout line but there is no staff. Last week I walked in for a drink a didnt see any customers or employees it was so peaceful. On a side note the pricing is high compared to local competitors.

The pharmacist is not intelligent and did not know where the emergency contraceptives were and directed my friend to a whole other part of the store. the employees gave the customer attitude and did not know how to handle the situation. it was unprofessional and i will never return to this cvs on electric ave. booo

I like the cvs pharmacy store I live right next door there my mom goes there all the time

Literally the only customer at the register, two employees standing there doing nothing, didn’t greet or acknowledge me. I thought the Cvs in Fitchburg was bad, this one takes the cake for rudeness!!

Im so sick of CVS. They give me a great 40 percent off coupon on a particular product. So I go over to buy it and then I am told I can not use it because the sale promotion on said product. I would have saved more money with coupon then the sale promotion but they arent able to run it through without sale promotion. Oh and the coupon expired before the sale promotion so I really cant use it at all. Why bother with the care coupons they do this to me all the time. Also the supervisor at this store is always nasty like its my fault. I only went because of the coupon I got.Thanks for nothing.

Cvs is a decent drug dealer ever. But they dont cuff or developed a solid customer relationship

One of the pharmacists “Sara” was SO RUDE to me I couldn’t believe it. She laughed at me and said I had to pay even though my insurance covers this prescription and I’ve NEVER had to pay. I tried to give her the insurance info but she wouldn’t take it. She was the most unprofessional employee I’ve ever encountered at this cvs. They are usually so kind and I’m in and out in 5 minutes. It took me 25 minutes of going back and forth with sara to FINALLY speak to someone who knew what to do. JOE saved me and it took him 2 minutes to fix my prescription and I didn’t have to pay anything just like I thought. Sara repeatedly said “I’m just trying to help you” but her tone of voice was SO disrespectful. It wasn’t what she said it was HOW she said it. She treated me so badly I almost asked to speak to her manager to report her. She gave me the nastiest look as she talked to me. I had to ask her to go away because she was actually harassing me while joe was trying to help me. DO NOT GO SEE SARA AT THIS CVS. She should honestly be fired she clearly has NO customer service skills whatsoever. I’ve never been treated so poorly by an employee ANYWHERE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

The employees always appear burnt out. The price checking machines are usually down. Not really a comfortable store to browse in, mostly in just to get something quickly.
