Great selection and I like to support local businesses. Unfortunately, there was no one around to answer questions and price out the doors we needed to order on the day we went so we just moved on to the other loc home centers.Makis it a great local home center, they have a lot of products and their prices are competitive with the bigger home centers.

Customer service is HORRIFIC. Their truck drivers drive like total lunatics. On 128 south at exit 21A I was almost driven off the road by one of their tractor trailers trying to force me off the highway! Called the company and the animal that answered the phone was zero service. I’ll report it to the state police and department of transportation instead. Online reviews are mostly negative, time to pay more attention to your business and the community you want to serve!

I called the store about window replacement and I was told they just needed the measurements. I went to the store and another person told me that I need to bring the window in. I came back the following day with the window and a 3rd person told me to bring it to their other location which handles window repair.I dealt with 3 people, and received 3 different responses to my inquiry. This makes me question whether they want my business at all.

Good fair prices
They pretty much always have what I’m looking for. I shop around and they usually have the best prices. Delivery is cheaper than everyone else. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They are open on weekends! This is my go to spot now. We need more stores like this and less big box stores.

Maki has it all and if they dont they get it quick. Good value on everything. The inside sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful if you have questions. The stock yard guys do their best and get your orders pulled and loaded fast. Stop in to Maki and get your building supplies for your project.

Bad service, rude employees, do not call back. It took over two months for my windows that I paid in full up front to come in after I was told it would be two weeks. After several calls and voicemails over the two months I finally asked to return them. Finally someone would talk to me and I was told it was no problem and the way I was treated was unacceptable by a very nice associate and that he would like the manager to know about my problem so they could fix it. After being sent to the manager I was told that I could not return them after all. When I asked why I was told that I could and now I can not he had the general manager call me who also told me that I could not return the windows. Nobody apologized for the bad service and no solution was offered.At the time of purchase I was asked if I wanted to pay half or the full amount and I said the full amount. Beware!! Do not pay upfront they will never call you back if you do!!
