STAY FAR AWAY!! RUN THE OTHER WAY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE RUINED! Precision complete auto in Lutz is the worst place to get any car serviced. Our BMW started smoking and smelled like gas right after getting it backed. The engine locked up and we had stop the vehicle as it smoked profusely. Turns out they didnt fix anything, they just broke it. We had to go to another place after paying $2000 in cash! This is a SCAM! We had to get the EXACT SAME work done at another shop. They sweet talked us into telling us how they would fix it. When we told them it was smoking they asked us if we still wanted to come back and get new tires!!! DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!

I just had the pleasure of having my BMW Repaired by Precision Complete Auto Care. I spoke with Thomas and his wife and they were very friendly and took the stress out of the situation. Thomas performed a diagnostic test on my car (at no extra charge) and went over the work I needed. They gave me an excellent price, which was more than $500 less than the dealership was going to charge me. The have earned all my future business. This is how all mechanics should run their shops. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I came in for an oil change knowing I needed new brakes which they recommended but only in the front. They said the back brakes were fine. They recommended changing both the rotors and pads but I told them I just couldnt afford it right now, and so they worked with me to make my car safe with the money I had. Every time they suggested something I googled it so I knew what they were talking about and checked prices to see if they were being unreasonable, and they werent. I wasnt talked into anything and didnt approve anything without knowing what I was approving.Like any business, I recommend knowing the product youre buying so you can make a good purchasing decision and not have regrets later. With that being said, I highly recommend this place and plan for it to be my main auto repair shop. Also wonderful customer service.

My BMW 750 was at Reeves down the street from Precision Complete Auto, I recently paid reeves almost $200 in diagnostic fees to have my BMW running rough problem checked, I was blown out of my mind when Chad the service adviser gave me a $3875 estimate to repair control arms and ignition coils and spark plugs on my BMW, as I was driving home to Land O Lakes I passed rite by Precision and decided to let them inspect the car without telling them of the estimate I had just received. I did in fact need 4 of my coils, and all new spark plugs and a air filter replaced, but my front end (control arms were fine and passed the free inspection by Precisions BMW technician. I had the owner Tommy and his lovely wife Cheryl write me up a estimate that came in just shy of $850 to repair my car, I went ahead and authorized the repairs and was pleasantly surprised to see the BMW parts boxes with my old parts in them when I picked up the car. Great little business here! Thanks again!

Tommy and Bobby just serviced my 2012 BMW 528i and it was the most thorough, educational auto service I have yet experienced in many years of owning BMWs. Not only did Tommy go through my BMW to take care of todays service but took great effort to be preventative to protect against future repairs! Tommy even did small details like paint my calipers silver, and cover battery terminals, to make my BMW perfect aesthetically and for safety. All work was completed ahead of time, professionally, to the highest level of service I have ever experienced, and at much lower price than the competition. We were looking for a new BMW experienced mechanic with the right BMW computers to diagnose and Tommy and Bobby earned an A++++ from us! Tom did my Mini Cooper right. He replaced my clutch and recommended other parts that needed to be done. He competed with other shops in the area and truly wanted my business. He is a frank talking Italian so be ready but I found his no frills talk to be exactly what I was looking for from my mechanic.

Being a woman that owns a BMW that she cannot really afford, I feel like I hit the jackpot when I was referred to Precision. All the people there are wonderful! They spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problems with my car. I was in fear that the bill was going to be astronomical due to the diagnostics! They charged me for my parts and one hour labor! Unbelievable but true! Very clean waiting room also(important as I had a baby with me). I cant say enough great things about Precision! Old fashion work ethics!

I understand you cant make everyone happy in life, but the owner Cheryl and Service Manager Bobby really were able to take a bad situation (breaking down) and get us back to our house while they offered us free diagnostic and a free estimate, they called me up about a hour or so later and gave us a very fair estimate on the repair and were able to complete the repair that same day. They even dropped the vehicle back off to our house when it was complete.

I couldnt be happier with the service I got from Precision Auto. I had a small oil leak on my driveway, my neighbor referred me to Cheryl at Precision. Her staff showed me that my oil pan gasket was leaking, they provided me a estimate of $275 they were able to fix it then deliver it to me here at my store. Cheryl, dont forget the half n half for your coffee!

DO NOT recommend. The wanted to scam me.for $6000. They told me I had no compression in one cylinder, and the only fix was replacing the engine. I took the car to another mechanic and they say engine its fine, compression was perfect on all cylinders. The worst part of this was how insisting they were on trying to rob me. They charged me for a fake diagnostic.

I travel a lot for my job.usually fly and have rentals.upon returning from out of town I knew I had a flat tire and needs to be fixed when I return as was driving out of town when I returned.I had my car towed there before I returned so it would be road ready.When I went to pick it up I was told I needed 2 rear tires and they replaced with used.When I drove to my next job my car was stacking so I returned to a tire shop which told me the back tire had a bubble and both tires were the wrong size and had to replace them with 2 new tires......BAD EXPERIENCE!!when I contacted him he refused to refund my money but would give me a free oil change. REALLY will that be with used oil also?

DO NOT take your BMW or any car to these clowns! I took my 2002 BMW to Precision Complete Auto because the battery would not hold a charge thus I had to jump start with cables in the morning. The two clowns at Precision ran Computer Diagnostics on my car and said that the battery was fine... The problem was the motherboard and that it would cost around $3,500 to replace. When I asked for a cheaper solution, they installed a battery charger unit that I had to plug in to my house in order to keep the battery charged. They installed it for $500.A few days later I stopped by Autozone as I still felt the problem was the battery, I purchased a new battery and that fixed my problem. Its been over 8 months and I have not had any issues with my car.The crooks at Precision Complete Auto are looking for a quick buck, praying on people that are looking for honest mechanics to work on our cars in hopes to save a little bit of money, instead of getting robbed at the dealership.

The owners Tom and Cheryl went above and beyond for me yesterday when my car broke down a mile from there shop on the way to the airport. They were able to get my car towed back to their shop, give me a ride to enterprise so I can rent a car, and they just called me to let me know all my car needed was a battery and alternator.

STAY FAR FAR away from this shop. I was ripped off and had brand new parts from a BMW dealership switched out for used parts, overcharged and charged for things that were never done. I dont want to give this place even a 1 star, but it will not allow you to post without it. Its sickening to see how much they ripped me off. They give other shops who are working hard to build an HONEST company a bad name. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and drive past this auto shop and find a reliable one.

Mistake 1 I went against my better judgement and tried this independently owned shop. I recently purchased a vehicle and just wanted to get it checked out. Mistake 2 Allowing myself to be continuously uphold on premium products that was said that I needed to keep my car in tip top shape, and Ive since found out I didnt need. Mistake 3 leaving my vehicle, I was told that it would be bad to drive it another mile, but I was told after the fact that my car was test driven to another county 100+ miles on the car (I really cant make this stuff up). Before leaving the car I was told that theres no way you should drive this car another mile. I know, totally unbelievable. There were a lot of services completed and now my car is less of a joy to ride theres rattling under the hood, acceleration response not the same, ticking noises from under the hood, and not to mention a heavy tool bouncing out from under my car while I was driving. Luckily there was no one behind me or it wouldve definitely went through their windshield. Needless to say, I spent nearly $2,000 (with a discount) and I feel totally taken. Just an example $475.00 dollars for a battery. I shouldve just taken it to the dealership or had someone I trusted do the work. Be aware they use scare tactics and I totally fell for it. I let my guard down because it wasnt the dealership service department, but believe me they took me worse than the dealership. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this shop.RESPONSE TO OWNER:You really dont have to waste your time telling me to take my business elsewhere.Did this guy really say out loud that he had to test drive my car from US 41/SR 56 to I-4/I-75 (nearly 40 miles roundtrip, let that sink in)....... I had two service providers (Mercedes of Wesley Chapel and an unnamed independent repair shop) state that I was overcharged and upsold on products unnecessary for my vehicle at the time of service. You were willing to provide a so called civil servant discount based on you already overcharging me, how convenient. TRUST ME I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU, FOOL ME TWICE..... I WILL SPEND MY MONEY AT AN HONEST PLACE OF BUSINESS FROM NOW ON.

Avoid! SCAM CRIMINAL ownership + bait & switch. I brought a car here for a pre-purchase inspection. The owner spent 20 minutes on the car and told me I would need 2K worth of repairs. I bought the car and left with him to fix it. The owner called me days later and told me it would actually be 6K in repairs due to issues that could not have been foreseen. He told me the car was not drive-able unless I did these repairs. I was forced into doing these repairs. Weeks later when the car was finally finished I came to pick it up and spoke to his mechanic who told me the car actually had double the miles the speedometer said. The mechanic said this was very obvious to see when looking at the computer which told him the breaks had been changed 6 times. The owner caught him telling me this and started screaming and throwing stuff. When leaving with the car - I ended up breaking down 4 blocks away from his shop. In the end I was forced to sell these car for scrap! I was lied to and mislead into buying a complete junk car.

Crooks! Dont go here! They pulled the old bait and switch on me. Got quoted $250... left my car there and then they called me and said they got the car in pieces and must charge me double 500 or 100 to put it back together. My hands were tied. To add insult to injury, the slick-talking NY owner scolded me saying: You got a BMW, you can afford it. Go get a Honda if you want cheap repairs! I asked the owner to take pictures to prove what he was saying. When i got there, he said he forgot to take pictures... After paying $500 for service, i still had check engine lights on my BMW which the service guy said he didnt have time to mess with. I paid $500 for service and they couldnt even look at the codes or reset them? They dont even do thorough work. It turns out the service light was for an o2 sensor related to the work i had done. I later asked them to put in an o2 sensor for me. they refused and said they only do big jobs because 1 o2 sensor doesnt make enough money for them and they only have 1 lift... they wanted to replace all o2 sensors for $1000. really?? its not that hard to replace an o2 sensor. This is a shop that cherry picks high-profit jobs or expensive jobs only. This is not a shop for regular everyday BMW Maintenance work. Dont take your car here for any kind of service! For Good Service in the Tampa Area, Go to Lutz Performance off Dale Mabry or Rennen Imports off Himes for Service instead!

My advice to everyone is,STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY, from this place of business. These people want your money and use unscrupulous means, and pressure to get it.
