The experience at Collision Star is amazing. Lisa in particular made it a smooth process for me. She is patient, kind and understanding. She explains everything that is going to happen and made sure that me as the victim/customer felt safe. She always sent me updates about my Camry as far as the status goes with repairs and any questions I had, she answered for me with no problems. The rest of the team are professional and I would do business with them again if I had to in the future. Thank you for everything you guys do!

Out of all the shops that pick up and drop off at Collision Star is definitely the best! Very fast turnaround time! They only use OEM parts! I believe that they are certified with most major manufacturers including Tesla!

Took my girlfriend’s 2016 BMW X3 here for body work on her passenger side door and they did an awesome job on the car. They matched the paint perfectly to how it was before. Also got a ceramic wax on the car which came out amazing! Definitely will be recommending them to my family friends. They were very friendly and on top delivered the car on the due date. Will be coming back for another ceramic wax on all my cars.

The service repair was beyond my expectations.. it was done within the time frame that they set. The customer service was five stars from everyone except 1 person in particular and it seemed like this person (probably superior position and most certainly superior-oriented outside of position) thought too highly about themselves. Spoke to this person in-person and over the phone, I got the impression that this person was somewhat condescending and very dismissive. This person was still efficient yet requires a humbling reality check. Everyone else especially the young lady and the associate who I dealt with exclusively were very modest and pleasant.Obviously, I dont think this person projects these qualities to everyone. I would name-drop, but I personally didnt challenge this person about the matter although I was well-aware. I played it nice.. too nice because you had my vehicle in possession and didnt want to put the repair turnaround time in jeopardy.4 stars and a star shy due to the person who will not be named!

I was quoted for almost 1800 dollars for painting/repairing the bottom of a door and replacing a piece of trim. They told me I had to wait a week before they could take my car and that after that it could take another week for the work to be completed. I shopped around(3 others shops) and the maximum quote was for 800 using Toyota parts and 3 to 4 days labor. Went to the other shop got my car fixed in 4 days!. End result was great and saved a 1000 bucks. 2 stars because the guy I called responded to my call. But I dont think they wanted my business and that it why the quote was so high.

They did amazing work on my car! It had scratches all over it from over a course of 5 years and a tree also fell on my car during a recent tropical storm. Rajindra was very informative and I had a great customer service experience with him. I’d definitely recommend to anyone I know and will be going there again if I need any future work done.

After going through 2 other body shops, I was referred to this body shop through a friend. By far... this was the best decision yet. I only deal with Curtis. He treats me like family and takes such good care of me and anybody I refers to him. His work is very precise and CLEAN!!! Both times I went to him my car was returned brand new. Disappointed with this job they did for me, I really thought they were a little more professional and honest, but they are not. I left money in my car and it turns out that I cant find it. I also left a hand sanitizer I had two packs from my car in it. Trunk of my car and it turns out that they took it out of there now that I am organizing my car I cannot find it.Of course, it bothers me a lot that people are so handy to take my things without even asking for permission.That does bother me too much because I did not think that these people would go to that extreme. I trusted, I left my things there and it turns out that they touch and put their hands on they should not touch, I think that if you need something you have to ask the person not to steal it from them Just like that without even asking for permission That does make me super angry and I did not think to get to this. Demo talk about this because Im not one of those people who is doing this, but it really bothers me a lot. And I also do not recommend it and please be careful to leave valuable things in your car from now on.

Totally disappointed ..lack of communication and deceitful. Spoke to 3 different people regarding repairs to my car. Went in to repaint my rear an front bumper reposition my headlight & straighten out my Fender.. . I agree to that ..I ask and explained to them are you going to polish my car . He stated I have to pay extra for that i also agreed to that. When I got there to pick my car ..up the front and back bumper was painted but they didnt do as they say they didnt straighten out my Fender or reposition my headlight but I was reminded of the payment for the polish of my car. I received a call days later how can they to rectify the situation rather then say bring the car back in. I lost trust and faith in them.

I have a 2004 Altima with White Pearl paint. I have had my bumper painted by other shops before and it always came out a different color. After Collision Star replaced my bumper and painted it, it looked like my 13 year old car was brand new. It has been over a year since the repair and my car still looks brand new. I was referred from my dealership and I couldnt be more satisfied. Curtis was very professional, helpful and prioritized my necessary body work which was my number one concern since I was paying out of pocket for repairs. My second concern was quality of labor, and I must say, you couldnt tell Id ever damaged anything. I wasnt really concerned with timeliness, but my repair was done swiftly and I was able to pick up my car after about a week. All in all, I am an overly satisfied customer!

They are crooks do not take your car here. My Lexus was hit on the bottom of the bumper (minor damage) I decided to fix it since the person that hit me insurance was going to pay and had no cost to myself. They appraised the damage at $780 with 2-3 days to fix, I dropped my car off to Tony in the office and 4 days later called to find out whats the status of my car Tony said he found a lot more damage and sent in a supplement to the insurance company. I left work early to go there and see myself and when I walked in I was shocked to see my hood and fenders were sanded down. I was beyond upset because I never wanted my car to be painted it was a minor dent and these guys decided to make more money by creating fraudulent work, claiming my headlamp and grill was broken, how can my grill or headlight be broken when it was hit on the bottom of the bumper nowhere near these parts. I fought with them to not paint my car and wanted to take my car back then and they refused and said they already started the work that I signed a paper that states they have he right to fix the car if they found damages. Ron even threaten to call the cops when I insisted to have my car back. The damages went from $780 - almost $9000! These people are disgusting thieves! The saddest part I was recommended by Lexus of Rockville I cannot believe that Lexus does business with criminals! My word of advice is do not sign any document when you take your car there, make sure they give you a estimate and notify you if something changes because as soon as you mention insurance they will create fictitious work and keep your car as long as they can. ( this took them a month to do when it was suppose to be 3 days work).

I recently had my Infinity repaired here. They did an excellent job on the body work of my vehical but they arent trust worthy people. I left money that was thrown into my vehical for good luck when i first got the car, in my middle consel. When i picked my car up i noticed all the money was GONE.!! They left me with 1 single dollar. I called the manager and reported this. He offered no real apology and basically brushed me off. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will definately tell everyone to clean your car out because they steal. Your stuff WILL be stolen.!!

I had the pleasure of working with Curtis. I could tell he was knowledgeable and had the best interest of the customer in mind. I didn’t feel like I was being robbed, or like I was paying too much for my repair. It literally took him two seconds to fix my broken window, which blended seemlessly with my original car paint. Also, his team member washed my car for free (Yay!). Definitely going to CollisionStar for all my future repairs.
