Last week,Chris @ C&L was so helpful and everyone there had great customer service and experience. I had called in advance to look for a pot filler, which is hard to come by, and they searched for it while I was in the phone @ 4pm and they close at 430pm. I got there with in seconds of closing and they still let me in. Now I got the wrong look came back 2days later and they were able to get me what I wanted, I just have to wait for delivery. I will come back with an update

C&L was above and beyond the best plumbing supply store I came across on Long Island. I went to 4 other plumbing stores before finding C&L and I wish it was my first! The showroom was top notch and the customer service was a 10/10!! I highly recommend Mary Ann... she was knowledgeable, productive and was able to help in making many decisions for my future master bathroom. She is very experienced and had great input, making this process seamless from start to finish. Thank you C&L for all of your help and professional assistance!

I waist my time at Saturday, it said open at Saturday by 3 pmI came and it was closed, and said on a front closed by SaturdayAnd want tell you - expensive supply all stuff high price

C&L plumbing took care of my annual back flow test.We had a total of four devices at our house that needed inspection and Allen even gave us a discount.Allen was quick to respond and took care of everything in a very professional manner.I will ask him to do all my future inspections and will recommend him to all other homeowners

Anytime Im in the area or passing by this is my go to for boiler and plumbing parts. Brandon and his staff are super nice and knowledgeable.

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Had to call several times to inquire about my order that I was told would take around 7 days to arrive. Im now almost at the 30 day mark. Never once did they call me to give me an update. This delay has caused a back up for my plumber and my tile contractor not to mention being down my ensuite bathroom for a month now unnecessarily.

Workers are very knowledgeable on their products and can access the problem.

This place is fine. I walk in, ask for what I need and walk out. No problems. Update: They broke my chops bad today for no reason. 3rd time I had an issue. We usually buy from Ferguson or AF but this place is nearby my home. I wont waste my time anymore.

Let me start by saying that I rarely write a positive review for anyone, but these guys deserve it. Having recently purchased a house in the neighborhood, my bathroom needed some updating. I hired a contractor and ran into world of troubles. Ended up firing the guy and decided to do things myself. C and L is my local plumbing store and choose them (even though the others are closer) primarily due to customer service. Besides customer service C and L is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and even give you ideas to fix mess ups my contractor did. The store itself has pretty much everything you can imagine, even those hard to find specialty items. Its nice to know that in the world of home repair there is still some shops around that know their ship and can really help you out, C and L is one of them. Thanks!!!

I live in Lynbrook for 5+ years now. Ive done a lot of updates to my old home. Spent thousands of dollars in plumbing supplies and fixtures in this place. I had to return an item w receipt in hand that cost $24. Cause of a mistake on their end & I was treated like a total stranger & a criminal. I will never buy anything from this place ever again no matter what the circumstances.

C & L,,,,, stay away from Hydrosystems tubs,,,we received a damage tub and what a run around from their REP,,,,no words,,,totally unprofessional,,,, Never let it get repaired, always get new! Ive learned my lesson the hard way,,,,Rep,,is Mr,Fishman
