I ordered online in advance so I can just make this run quickly. Seriously… 30 minutes of waiting… 30 minutes. I am so appalled. This isn’t the first time I’ve waited, and honestly I don’t mind 10 minutes. I’m so frustrated and will be late for work at this point. There are so many cars backed up that everyone is stuck here.

It takes skills to make hot coffee warm enough. I mean not once but 3 out of 3 times the hot coffee/ latte i was served via drive thru was NOT hot... so i ad to come back to parking lot, find parking, get into the store wait in line to be seen or heard and(killed the drive thru purpose in entirety) to found no microwave to heat up the coffee i just picked.The workers have good attitude with laid-back styles.

Today was such a sweet surprise. My husband and I used the drive through. As we drove up to the window the cashier said the car in front of us paid for our drinks. This was such an unexpected gift. Thank you!! Whoever you are.

I just ordered four drinks from this place. They run out of matcha latte, fine. And then they ran out of trays to carry my drinks together. Fine. They proceed to give me a bag to carry two of my hot drinks and two of my cold drinks. I asked if they have a stopper and they dont have. What kind of business is this. Terrible attitudes from these young employees. Ignore your request or presence. I requested to speak to the manager, not helpful and cant afford anything to the solution. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Please spare yourself and dont come here ever again. I certainly wont ever stepping a foot here ever again.

The service is extremely professional and kind.but your ice coffee is trash .20 years ago I was a fulltime employee. The way they make it is very watery. So I I dont ask for ice coffee I get espresso with water instead. Please restrain from over icing it too much.it very nasty and I this strong brewing or 8 hours then add little ice to serve.

The absolute WORST Starbucks I have ever came across. My first encounter was on a weekday morning on my way to work I stopped to get a cold beverage. As I pulled up to the intercom at the drive thru, I became distracted and didn’t realize I pulled past the speaker. It was a long line....and I was not able to back up because the person behind had already pulled up. So I drove up to window to explain what happened and asked if they could take my order at the window. The cashier told me okay, and asked for my order. I told her the drink I wanted...when she then told me that drink had been discontinued!!!!!!! Weird, but however I ordered something else. After a few minutes she comes back to tell me that she can not take my order! The manager says I have to go back around and join the line in the drive thru once again!!!!!I left and went to another Starbucks down the street, and was able to buy the same beverage I was told was discontinued at the other store. I called back to speak with the manager and she was extremely rude.Over a year later, I decided to go through this drive through again. Ordered the same drink! This time it was not discontinued, but they don’t have the ingredients for the drink. So I ordered something else...only to discover that I got more ice than I did beverage!!!! There was so much ice, I could not move the straw around! This location should be considered the Starbucks Flagship store of bad service and incompetence. Badly in need of new management. They don’t even deserve the 1 ⭐️ I gave them.

This Starbucks is always backed up, even if you order 15 minutes ahead of time. Wind up waiting an extra 10+ minutes because they dedicate most of the staff to the drive thru despite having like 20 online orders to fill. And then they get the order wrong! Also, good luck trying to rectify it because you won’t get anyone’s attention, but then you’ll be wrong if you get loud in the store (didn’t do it, just saying).Geez. A wildly underwhelming experience.

OMG here we go again, why CANT this starbucks get it right? The label clearly prints exactly how the drink should be made/what should be added. The simplest request such as light ice or add whip cream fails to be done properly way to often. Its so annoying, whoever is the manager should remind the staff to read/pay attention to the labels. I want what I paid for, thank you.

NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE)10/17/2020 I went to this Starbucks put my order in for 2 items. The Lady at the drive- thru repeat the order for a cheese danish and a pumpkin spice coffee, when I went to pick up my order at the window she hand me the coffee and we waited for the cheese danish. I ask her for my remaining order and she told me I didn’t order a cheese danish. She role her eyes and slam the widow which I found very rude. Starbucks train your staff good customer service behavior.

The African American barista I think who was an “acting manager” needs to improve the way she talk to the customers.Very very rude and unprofessional. All other staff here has always been nice and good.Although I have been here multiple times it’s the first time I had such a bad experience, they need to be careful with who they leave incharge.

Just ordered coffee on the app and it wasnt ready, one coffee in the order was no longer available and my coffee didnt taste what I am used to. With Starbucks you pay premium price and expect a reasonable experience. Other Starbucks coffee shops have this. I have used this Starbucks on several occasions and its very hit and miss.

Waited a long time to be served with no line. Two of the 3 baristas just neglectfully looked at me for several minutes before a third noticed me literally saying HELLO HELLO to the other 2. Thankfully one DID ring me up, had a great attitude and was very helpful and courteous. The coffee was good and exactly what I asked for. My company and I were able to sit indoors, undistributed for about an hour and a half before closing. We went uninterrupted and left happy. All in all we will go again and hopefully it was just an oversight and I can up the stars next visit.

I use to really like this starbucks but not anymore. The wait is ridiculously long even when their is no line, how can that be? I pretty much order starbucks everyday and several times in the past week my order is incorrect. This is so annoying especially when the sticker specifically has the order details on it, it makes no sense!! And it happens frequently. The managers need to remind the staff to pay attention to the orders and get it right.

I’ve never had such awesome experience at a Starbucks. During this crazy crisis they even showed amazing customer service. I accidentally got the wrong drink but I called back and they fixed it immediately. The manager (didn’t get a name but he worked around 3:15 on Monday) was the sweetest and a wonderful example of what a good manager is. They all deserve raises. ♥️

This location renders horrible service! The workers are very rude they all need retraining on customer service skills! Calling corporate does not change the way people client service. This location in my opinion should have never opened! The original location across from Lynbrook train station the workers there were all nice I was saddened to see them close! This new location however is horrible and down right disgusting I will not be returning until there is a revamp of workers

Front of the Place was clean. very noisy. bathroom ran out of toilet paper. They have two bathrooms. They have a lot of staff but it them took time for them to acknowledge our presence four/five minutes. My wife couldnt read the menu and ordered a jade tea which came hot but she wanted cold (its summer). I was offered a remake and then told Jade tea is not made cold and had the item price returned to my card. the menus at Starbucks are printed in small (type) print and are 15 ft away from easy view. .A hard copy menu should be available for people with vision challenges to be able to read with the limitations (whether they are served hot or cold). It could be just having one hard copy at the register that doesnt leave register (max of two) or available to be online and printed or downloaded from website to phone at a moments notice. I had a strawberry frap but Ive noticed a strong malt flavor in them and never mixed fully. Not bad enough to return but just not what Id gotten used to. I think (corporate may have changed the recipe?) Anyway its probably the last time I visit this store. They seem to focus on drive through more than sit in customers.

Relatively slow for a Starbucks but the drive-through line is the primary cause. it sometimes blocks up the parking lot which is bad if you walked inside and parked. cant move your car until the line moves up.

This is the slowest drive thru line I have ever experienced. When I place my order they are not able to seduce me what I want. Go figure no cold brew coffee at Starbucks! This seems to happen often at this Starbucks. Now Im stuck on the line for another 10 minutes because there is no way of the line of you want to leave without ordering. Everyone should know that Dunkin Donuts is up the road. And they have a drive thru.

I work at Starbucks myself & visit this Starbucks quite often and lord the baristas can’t make a drink for anything. I can’t believe I just witnessed a barista make my pink drink in a regular plastic cup instead of the shaker and then top it with ice. There’s a reason why the drink is suppose to be made in the shaker! This location is not up to Starbucks standards . It’s either the baristas are lazy or need to be re-trained .

Rearly go to these places, but this is worthy of a review. Roasted turkey sandwich, what 8 bucks? Don t know cuz I didnt get a receipt. The had to repeat order 3 times only to be told no more dark drip. Yeah, and it gets worse. No mayo for my sandwich. And I have not even gotten my coffee yet, so who know how that will be made. It’s convenient that the Lynbrook Starbucks now has a drive through. It’s not a great Starbucks to try to get work done in because the seats aren’t the most comfortable.Service here has been pretty slow at times. If there are a lot of people on the drive through it’s often much quicker to go inside instead.We have had a few employees who have been quite rude to us before. Other stuff has been very nice so it just depends on who you get.Ordering online sometimes the system isn’t properly updated but that seems like more of a Starbucks problem in general rather than for the Lynbrook location.
