The ice cream was great and the on duty employee was excellent

This place is a disaster. Almost always out of ingredients. Screw up orders consistently. Ask for a dasher ..you wind up with a tuna sandwich. And forget Covid-19 precautions, the bag my dashers were delivered in, was wide open, invest in a stapler. The plastic cap on the cup has a giant hole in the top and is not sealed.

The service in this Lynbrook location is not good.

I called and asked if they had birthday cake 🎂 made out of ice scream, they didn’t know what I was talking about and later they didn’t know if they sold cakes at all. There’s a huge fridge at the entrance with cakes in them. I laughed, and then the girls there charged me $40 for a $17 cake.... don’t go here. Cold stone is around the corner.

Just ordered three dashers via grubhub. Upon delivery I was missing one item and the other two were unsealed in an open bag which mustve tipped over at some point thus causing the content to splatter all over the inside of the bag. Oh and I actually received a phone call from carvel employee to inform me they were out of banana so we switched to another item however when I called back to explain I was missing an item and the other two items painted the inside of the bag the phone number was no longer in service! Tried three times, same not in service message. This place is horrible !!! Dont walk RUN away, up the block to coldstone!! Thank you grubhub for my refund, my coldstone is on the way !

The employees weren’t wearing gloves when taking out my ice cream and making the milkshake.The milkshake was runny and not tasteful because it had hard chunks in it. I will not go back there again I recommend the cold stone up the street.

I came here to take advantage of the Wednesday BOGO sundae special. It was kind of warm in the store and I felt bad for the employees. It was pretty crowded in such a super small space. But overall, Id go back again. The ice cream was delicious.

Ice cream was good as ezpexted4.. the service by Chelsea was exceptional

I Asked for a Black and White Ice Cream Soda, Despite Having All the Ingredients They Refused to Make an Ice Cream Soda, Because it isnt on the Menu!
