Poor customer service experience. Front end person is very rude and not helpful. He carries on with other work making walk in customers wait with no sense of urgency. Then acts like he didnt see the customers waiting in line. Also, he pretends he can’t hear people and does not make any transaction smooth. Very unprofessional.

If you thought the office staff was bad wait till you meet the forklift yard drivers. Absolutely pathetic
